What are some teas that have profound Cha Qi but tastes awful?

I mainly drink tea / puer for the energy it provides and the taste is just a secondary bonus. After today's heavenly cup of shou, I got curious if there are any teas out there that tastes like doo doo but provides a better energy than any of the best tasting cakes. Thanks!

Bathroom ceiling drywall. Do I Prime, caulk, then paint?

My bathroom was remodeled a few years ago and I recently had to replace the entire ceiling due to a roof leak. The company who did the bathroom remodel said they would come and caulk it for free as part of the warranty but they recommended it to be primed and painted first. I keep seeing different answers across the internet on the proper ordering for the 3. Some say caulk first then prime then paint. Others say prime first then caulk then paint. How would you go about doing it any why?

SIM 2 does not show up anymore

I have a physical SIM that I use slot 1. It has always showed up as SIM 2. Not sure why but I never questioned it because it had always worked. I recently had network issues so I disabled SIM 2 to troubleshoot. After disabling, the option to toggle SIM 2 on/off disappeared. You can see at the bottom that switching to eSIM will disable SIM 2 but only SIM 1 is listed above as available options.

I checked with my service provider and everything should be working I just have no idea how to get access to SIM 2 again.

This game has a lot of speedrunning references but not many people know about it [Eden Genesis]

It's coming up on the 2 year anniversary since this game released and I'm very sad to not see the game take off in the speedrun community. There are currently only 2 runners on speedun, myself included so I'm making this post to bring awareness to thr game in an attempt to bring in more runners and build a speedrun community.

Eden Genesis is a precision platformer made by Aeternum Game Studios, the same devs who made Aeterna Noctis. The formula is similar to games like super meat boy, celeste, dustforce, blackhole, ect. There are in-game leaderboards and speedrun references throughout the game. When I first started running the game and sharing my times in the devs discord server, they made a youtube short in an attempt to bring in speedrunners to the game, but it didn't get much traction.

If you're looking for a new game to run or even just casually, then definitely check it out. I absolutely love the game and would love to see more people speedrun it. The game often goes on sale for 80% off, so it may be worth waiting for a sale, but it's still worth it at full price imo.

Advice for suprapatellar fat pad impingement (hoffa syndrome)

So last October I went on a 3 week / 600mi bikepacking trip on an old 90s cannondale that i was not properly fitted to. It was the best time of my life. Except 2 days into the trip I started getting knee pain. If I was smart I would have stopped the trip but I was too proud and wanted to complete the goal I had set so I decided to ignore the pain and ride through it. I only felt the pain while riding. Walking or standing caused 0 discomfort.

After the trip I didn't really ride much until March of this year. The pain mostly disappeared but I would notice a slight discomfort in my knee but it was hardly noticeable. I again stupidly ignored it. Then in April I went on a 70 mi ride and my knees haven't felt right since. I stopped cycling to focus on recovery. Went to the doctor, tried PT. Finally got an MRI done recently saying I have suprapatellar fat pad impingement.

Has anybody had this and had a successful treatment plan? I can't afford regular PT sessions so i just do the stretches at home. It's been 4 months since my last ride and there hasn't been much improvement. Would love to hear your success stories. Thank you!

Which of these 2 interactions would you choose if you were being forced?

For me, I would choose being vulnerable with a stranger over someone familiar. A main reason why it's so hard for me to connect with people is knowing that I'll see this person and have to uphold the same mask every interaction. With a stranger I can be completely authentic and it's easier to open up. My very first session with a new therapist, it's very easy to be vulnerable but each subsequent session it gets harder and harder to open up. I eventually discontinue treatment due to this. I often have a fantasy about never seeing the same person more than once. It would take away so much stress that comes with interacting with people. Knowing you'll never see someone again just feels liberating.

Already sent to a lab but can anyone tell if this ceiling plaster has asbestos?

Home was built in 1952 in Ohio. Unsure if it was remodeled recently or not.

I need the celing removed, I already started but stopped when I realized it could be asbestos. I've been using a P100 respirator.

Is there a way to tell if this insulation has asbestos without testing it?

Would you ever try group therapy?

I've tried individual therapy a few times. Every therapist I got connected with felt too inexperienced to help me so I ended each after a few sessions. I recently wanted to try therapy again with someone more experienced to see if I get better results.

One office I got connected with said that they only offer group therapy. My first instinct was an immediate no. But a part of me wants to try a single session just to see what it's like. I probably won't do it as i imagine i would just listen to other peoples problems while i dissociate. Being part of a community has always been a fantasy of mine though. Its something that looks cool on paper but in reality, every time there's any potential for a connection with anyone I automatically sever it and retreat to solitude.

I regularly force myself to do hard/ uncomfortable things in attempt to prove my limiting beliefs wrong. So I might try it once for that but I'm definitely skeptical.

Has anyone tried it or is willing to try it? How did it go?

I'm losing my mind with scammers constantly contacting me trying to buy my property

Multiple times a day. Every single day. I've removed my info from white pages. Still happens. Tried removing it from property records but apparently that's public and the only way to remove that info is to be covered under Daniel's law.

Does any one else deal with this? Is there an actual way to prevent these scammers from obtaining my info?

I've read online that some PTs can do bike fittings and will be covered by insurance. I'm starting PT next week and the office I'm at says they don't do bike fittings. Anybody know of a place that does?

It's weird sometimes the number will be pages left in the chapter, other times it will be total % read, and other times it will be the battery life of the device. But lately it has been showing the estimated time left to finish the book. But it's never just page numbers. I scoured the settings and cannot find how to change it. Probably something incredibly simple but I cannot figure it out lol

(Yes I am already seeing a doctor, I'm not requesting medical advice. I'm just looking for success stories from others who have gone through a similar experience)

So about 6 months ago I went on my first tour lasting a little over 2 weeks. 2 days into the trip I started to experience knee pain. If I was smart I would have called it quits and went home. But I'm not smart and not a quitter so I decided to ride through the pain. Very very stupid in hindsight. The total trip was over 500 miles. 400 miles of that was riding with knee pain. at this point I had 4,000 career miles on my road bike so I thought I had built up enough strength for this kind of trip. But going from a lightweight road bike to a touring bike loaded with gear probably wasn't the best idea either. Before I left I did about 150mi of test rides on my fully loaded bike and everything felt right so I thought I was good to go.

Trip ended at the end of fall and the pain completely disappeared a couple weeks after the trip was over. I was able to walk/hike/ruck 10+ mi with 0 pain/discomfort. Doing all that I stupidly assumed my knee was healed. Fast forward to the beginning of spring when I started cycling on my road bike again. I started off doing short rides of <30mi. I felt 0 pain but I did notice something in my knee. I again stupidly ignored it as it wasn't bothersome at all. Each week I gradually increased the length of my rides. Then after my last ride of 70mi the pain returned the day after and hasn't gone away even after having stopped riding altogether. That was 2 weeks ago.

I then scheduled an appointment with my doctor that day. They ordered x rays (results were normal) and referred me to orthopedics. I also requested a referral to a physical therapist. The process of getting these things scheduled is painfully slow. In the mean time I'm doing regular stretches and am mostly staying off of it. I do regular walks but keep it to an hour a day.

I would love to hear some personal stories from others who have gone through something similar to give me hope.
