Keepers of fire and sky devotion won't go above five

I'm doing a mage build in salt and sanctuary, classic edition, I've given all the devotion items but my creed devotion is at five, is this a glitch or is there something special I need to do to get to devotion seven, if it is a glitch is there a way to fix it without resetting

Looking for advice on Greatsword

I'm mainly using greatsword and I wonder what skills are best for it, attack boost and the focus one, or whatever the skill that boosts charge attack speed, are obvious targets for use, but are there any other direly important skills for using greatsword

Question about rings

Is ogre bone one of the best rings for spellcaster vocations, in the early game at least, I got it fairly early from poking into bitterblack to change to sorcery asap and it seems like it'll be good to help with powering through some tracks for spells

Info on strider pawn and pawn building in general

I'm playing dragons dogma dark arisen as a sorcerer, I'm going with strider main pawn to handle magic immune enemies, I'm thinking challenger/utilitarian inclination but I don't know what inclinations are best on strider or even how to train inclinations like I've heard about, nor what augments are best on a strider pawn, I assume a strength bonus augment would be good

I know it's better to spec the main character into physical, but I was wondering if there is a halfway decent skill load out for magic, just something I was wondering, I'm very new to the games, my only experience with them is a bit of persona three on gamepass and watching Nyarly
