Goo has the strongest Base (non path version) out of any character in the verse only Characters that are arguably stronger in base are TUI Shingen and maybe prime TC Gapryong, he already pushes Path users like James and Kitae to high diff without a path, and while Kitae and James needed to use paths to beat old injured Tom and Jinyoung, Goo is beating them with at least 20 swords at most, if Goo gets an OP path on the level of James and Kitae paths, he clears the verse aside from EOS Daniel

And without Copy too, so Johan and Jinyoung are excluded too, these two don't have any powers that are unobtainable to others and only a select few have, they are the pinnacle of talent because unlike others they started with nothing and climbed to the top, the only non genetics merchants in the high top tiers

Goo always lets his opponents hit him multiple times before fighting back, and he has great endurance even without the mastery, maybe his endurance threshold is so high similar to Daniel, also Goo has technique and speed while Gun has strength and endurance, nice parallel by PTJ

Peachon maxed endurance mastery to the point he have a regeneration unique skill, Gong OHOK is a near perfect defense and offense Skill, Jaegyeon OTV can redirect attack back at the enemy, compare them to others characters unique skills and the difference is massive like Tom have 6 unique skills that are all the same pierce attacks with different names, PTJ fumbled the unique skills concept
