I have been trying to meditate since some time but I am not able to due to my mind wandering. Needed some practical advice on how someone struggling eventually did it.

So being a tantra practitioner, when we deal with energies, we always have a transaction before we take its help, it could be something like fruits and the frequency (how often) weekly/monthly/yearly is decided when we summon the energy and then we move to meat, alcohol as offering depending on the temperament of the spirits/deity we are handling, and what they ask. This pact is very important or else we humans are always outsmarted by them.

Also, in tantra have a basic rule, nothing comes without a price. Sometimes it's physical like offerings, sometimes it's much more like your vigour, or the spirits attaching onto you etc. So. I wanted to know before I begin, what's the price we pay? How does this spirit Nitika work for us without anything in return.
