ADV 160, after 1 year PMS

My ADV 160 will turn 1 year old since I purchased it. I'm wondering what things I need to do, check, or replace. For background, ODO is almost at 9000km, and I consistently change the oil every 1.5k km, with gear oil changed every other change. I always check the coolant level. I had the first CVT cleaning at 3000km and planning the second CVT cleaning within this month. I mainly use it as my service going to work, around 150km per week.

I'm wondering what things I need to replace, like the belt, rollers, etc. I always service it at Casa. I'm wondering if this time I should service it at Casa or if it's better to find a different mechanic na kumpleto sa pamg CVT cleaning, since gasoline lang yung pang linis pag sa Casa.

PC build for Architecture Software

I'm planning to buy a PC for work that needs to handle architecture software. I'm considering either the 5060 or 5070; these are some of the quotes I got.

Any recommendations specifically sa mga brands/warranty. Should I get the 5070 or stick sa 5060 or may other options? Budget isa aroun 80k-90k.

Renovation Professional Fee

New Architect, I have a potential project, house extension. A row house -extension (2 storey). Project scope is design (including PL and ST and periodical site visit during construction phase.Client budget is 3M.

With the current economy, how do you guys rate your professional fee. I know it's percentage of construction cost ang usual. But I feel like client will get intimidated if they read more than 5 digits. Also, I want to build a long-term trust with this client because they also have 2 more potential project after this one.

Please, let's make this post educational, para helpful na din sa mga future na nasa same situation. Thanks!

Camera protection for Multi Day Hike

For those people who have already done multi-day hikes and brought their camera/drone/gadgets, how do you keep your things dry? I'll be hiking KXC, and since it's already rainy season, I'm concerned about my gear. I'll be bringing mirrorless camera, prime lens + telephoto lens.

Also if ever may ma recommend kayong tripod. Light and easy to set.

Tripod recommendation for Hiking

I'll be on a 3-day hiking adventure in the coming months. Any recommended tripod that isn't too heavy, is easy to set up, and most importantly can carry my gear (XS20 and XF 70-300, approximately 1.2kg)? I'll be using it to capture long exposures of waterfalls, so it should be sturdy.

My budget is within 5k.

Roof type

Any idea kung anong tawag sa ganitong roofing? and lalabas ba na flat roof yung ganito, and considered as inside gutter. Gusto ko po sana gamitin sa plates namin pero if ever na tanungin ako alam ko masasagot.

Recipe for Hike/Landscape

I'm new to the Fujifilm system. I just purchased an X-S20 and I'll be hiking in the coming months. I'm searching for a decent film recipe for landscapes, but most of them are too warm or too yellowish. I've included some pegs. Though I know some of them are post-processed, is there a recipe that's somewhat close to them?
