Seit letztem Monat bin ich ständig krank, eine Mischung aus Erkältung und Magen-Darm, heute kam noch ne Bindehautentzündung dazu. Das geht jetzt schon 4 Wochen, war schon zwei Mal beim Arzt, der meinte nur schonen schonen schonen. Ich bin nicht so krank, dass ich gar nicht mehr aufstehen könnte. Aber nach 4 Wochen sollte langsam Schluss sein. Hat das noch jemand? Geht gerade irgendein seltsames Virus um?
Gesunde Ernährung, Vitamin D Level gecheckt, sollte alles gut in der Hinsicht sein..
