Yeah so I saw that there was an email but I scrolled past it because I thought it was the simple reminder to bring an ID and stuff. Then when we were at like hour 3 they told us to get out our laptops and i had to write on my phone like a dumbass 💔
I didn't read the email about bringing a laptop to DAP 1 so in a fit of rage I kicked the interviewer. Do you guys think this will affect my chances of semifinalist?

I wanna apply early for nyu but i do not make enough money to afford that school so i dont wanna put myself in a bad situation for cost so idk if i should even apply for the ed round, i was gna get nominated for posse but thats also ED and i dont want to be destroyed by OOS housing so ill probably not do the application. I wanna apply EA to all my schools but nyu is kinda killing me with not having EA 😔
I am currently sleeping on the couch as my family is here, and I want to talk about how this experience has made me recognize the difficulties of coming from an immigrant family but also more independent for myself, and how this has pushed me to try out new things (playing tennis, applying for research positions, taking harder classes). Is there something I should change? I'm still on the outlining stage so this is WIP
I had the worst possible ap chem class (first year teacher straight from nigeria and was learning english, had only 14 other kids, i couldnt drop the class) and i didnt learn all year, but im glad that im finished. This was my first time ever taking chemistry so i was always super lost but im glad i finished. Hope i got a 3 or 4 🥹
