I really like the holiday pallet but I wish the blushes had more matte options instead of stuff with shimmer. The liquid ones I will be returning. I felt like I was putting a lot on to get the color I wanted even tho it swatched and blended nice on my arm it wasn’t as easy on my foundation. I like to put my powder on top of my blush and this was tacky for a while. Then I felt like most of my color disappeared and left a shiny spot on my face as the day progressed. I don’t have much experience with liquid so maybe wasn’t doing something right idk.

I know I complained about the solo ones but I really wanted to try this and I love it. The color shows up good I think I am just learning some stuff has to be built up more than others. I have the regular ambient lighting brush and the special 2 to match this pallet and the one that matches the pallet was a better application and the smaller heads for picking up product.

Have you tried this? Is it a waste of money or a naw it definitely has helped the appearance of my skin? I have oily skin and pores you can see on my nose and cheek when I put makeup on and I am hoping it can help with either of those two issues. I do have tret and aa from my derm so not sure if i should add in this active from the serum as well.

Riddle me this tho⁉️ The picture of the swatches on the palms…would you consider that a good swatch reference of how it shows on different skin tones? It annoyed me because the only people the same color as the bottom of they feet are white people and the picture was really dumb to me with no real representation. IDK sometimes Im easily annoyed but Im wondering any of yall see what I see or Im tripping and need to just go finish catching up on Lioness?

Patrick Ta - swatch beautiful doesn’t show on face

Chanel - beautiful swatch but way lighter on face, have to apply a lot for subtle color that is diff from the swatch. Pretty but wish it gave more. OH OH WAIT and it stinks lol the fragrance is super heavy giving Elizabeth Taylor or that old ass bottle of Oscar de la Renta in your Grandmas closet.

Hourglass - the ambient ones do not show on me, i read sometimes it is your brush but I used hourglass brush and others and like wtf were is my blush. Granted they new I only tried one so far the Luminous Flush and flush is a good adjective for it

One/ Size - too pigmented lol idc what I said above this one doing way too much easy to over do it, it needs a safety

Nars - Blush pallets dont have any color payoff. The individual ones are better pigmented.

I don’t really have liquid or cream blushes because Im oily and I do not need any extra added shine. The Hourglass and Rhode I just got yesterday so idk if I like it or not yet.

I don’t care for shimmer blushes because I own a lot of pretty highlighter and I like how they look better when they aint a two in one.

So I just got back from a trip and was like ok what pretty ghurl stuff do I wanna talk about next. Then had the bright idea to show what I pack and why and all the other blah blah blah stuff.

I am going to do this in the order I apply my makeup AFTER my skincare with my SPF being last step of skin care and I let it absorb at least 5 minutes before I move on to makeup prep.

I let everything (prep and makeup) dry for 2-3 minutes.

So what is not pictured is my primer stuff cause I just remembered and I am out of space anyways.

-Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Universal Primer - really thin layer I put on with 2 fingers I rub it but pat it where my pores are more visible once makeup gets on them.

-Dual Ended Blush Brush - I use the short dense side for foundation and the fluffy side for powder
-Dual-Ended Concealer Brush - I use the short side for my concealer and the longer side for blush and highlighter.
No these are not what they are meant for but I didn’t want to carry a bunch of stuff and I actually love Patrick Ta brushes and I have a nice lil collection of brushes and his gets reached for a lot. I went through a bunch to see what is best to travel with. What isn’t pictured is the Patrick Ta Dual Ended Eyeshadow Brush in case I try and do a little sumthin’. I also take a mini beauty blender I keep on me for under eyes throughout day, I have fine lines makeup settles a lil press with blender helps. I also have a Real Technique orange blender, I had some of the Beauty Blender brand but didn’t like them, was too soft.

The Huda also looks great when I am not wearing anything else. I only conceal my eyes as they are dark. I do get acne sometimes but I don’t conceal any marks just cause I don’t wanna.

SPF cause well like we need it so just one lil last spray over everything makes me feel healthy with.

So I do my face in this order because my concealer helps soften and blend my blush line, I do my blush a little heavy and powder on top to tone it down and I feel like it makes it sit in my face instead of on it, it is more glowy looking too. I highlight after my powder cause I don’t dim any type of my shine for any person or reason.

Individually the dryer AMAZING. This is the best blow dry I have ever had, imma throw in including from a salon. The ease of using this probably gave me heat damage because I was having fun and it does get HOT. I used it straight and never turned it into a hairgun. The comb attachment is small but I could do a lot at once. When just a dryer goes on sale again Im buying it.

The glossi tool is better than the other older standalone one I have in the pics. It does the heat brush and blow dry at same time and I dont think my other one does, I got it for 20$ on a yellow 75% off at ulta 😏 i use it sometimes but I have a lot of hair tools i rotate depending on what im doing.

The flat iron or whatever 🙄 it did barely nothing like it did something but what are we talking about it. It didnt even warrant me taking a picture of it fr cause get this tf outta my face and stawp playing with me 😤 My hair is even less crinkly? Wavy? A lil wrinkled? Lmao idk what to call it but it aint a curl but it is less in the front. The fact this device had the lil flat iron looking like I stuck my hair under the mattress instead of two hot ahh plates to get it unwrinkled should let you know to keep using that chi or baby bliss or whatever you already like.

The diffuser I didn’t test. You see my hair pics if I want any kind of curl it has to be manipulated with a twist or some device so theres that.

Them sticks cause I won’t be calling it any type of curler will not be getting any more finger energy from me to type about how nothing it is and is fawking up the ozone more or whatever wasting plastic. And we are the world cause we always someone child so lets save it and not waste our plastic consumption on this down on its luck air ass stick thing.

Also my hair was wet in pics it drys really fast and i detangled in shower while conditioning I been natural like 8 years after a big 👩🏾‍🦲head hoe chop and get regular trims.

Most beautiful is Chanel foundation, Armani and Danessa tinted balm. Armani is really shiny and I only like after my powder(I use pressed I have a bunch I reach for hourglass the most). Nars Natural Radiant is the tried and true like OG and I take it traveling because we trust each other.

I should throw the Fenty(hey oompa loompa) and CharT(very metallic and shiny) away.

The water fresh Chanels are beautiful the tint is zero coverage but does ✨something✨ and it is beautiful bought the complexion touch one just for a lil more coverage when I need it. I think they both go on better with your hands than any brush.

Bobbi Brown gives me nothing but I use it when Im feeling extra oily and it works, I pair with her oil reducing pressed powder. It isn’t an ugly foundation but I dont do the lip smack “cute” from baby boy when i put it on.

Hourglass stick I was trying for travel purposes, i like it but it’s dry and feels hard to put on.

Dior Backstage Face and Body is beautiful but I think is being discontinued so if your color still available buy another one. Dior generally doesn’t work for me and is always really orange but for some reason this works.

Danessa skin tint is a chefs kiss, i dont reach for my nars anymore.

One/Size is pretty really matte but being reformulated so idk I wont be trying to get it again I have enough. I mostly use when testing new blushes and highlighter since was only 18$.

Nars light reflecting is pretty but I like my other nars one better the color is better and like the coverage.

I plan to do this for everything. My collection looks like this for blush, highlighter, powder, shadow(i dont wear and dont know how to apply smh) and lippies. My concealer and eyebrow stuff isnt so large so will do together. I have a bunch of mascara too. I have loose powders we can talk about but I dont wear them, bronzer or contour. My primer collection kinda extensive and I have a few setting and melting sprays I will get talk about.

I know some of this is fake in the pictures but I just want to hear from hopefully people who has this Shark Glam and hair is like mine in its natural state or close to it like in the pictures.

Do you hate or love it? Is it worth it? What part sucks?

This is sooo cute and the best execution of a mini perfume I have come across instead of the dab kind (I also don’t have an extensive mini collection 😂).

This also smells reallyyy good to me. I would buy one but this sample is really full and I only did three small swipes on one wrist and it is really strong but not in a bad way you just wont need a lot. I hope the scent last long on me.

This months Diamond Day bags were all such great quality. I didn’t expect the Peach & Lily bag to be so big and I love some of the stuff is actual travel size and not sample.

Recently had this in Seattle and I need it at my house on the east coast. I haven’t found any out here. Anyone have a good recipe for this that I can greatly appreciate?
