I've always felt Bhubaneswar has a lot more Marvel and Spider-Man fans than people realize.
We have movie screenings, fan discussions, quizzes, cosplay, art, photography, and other community events happening in bigger cities, but we rarely see something similar here.
So I'm curious—
If a Spider-Man themed community event were organized in Bhubaneswar, would you be interested in attending?

How do you balance comic accuracy with realism when making a superhero film on a tiny budget?
That's something we kept asking ourselves while making The Man Without Fear, a short Daredevil fan film inspired by both the comics and the Netflix series.
We wanted to explore Matt Murdock's struggle with his inner devil—the part of him that constantly pushes against his own sense of justice—while keeping the story grounded and character-driven. We also took some inspiration from the iconic Season 1 hallway fight when putting together one of the film's action sequences.
These are a few stills from the project. I'd love to hear your thoughts on adapting comic book characters with limited resources and what you think is most important to get right.
Before anyone jumps in, yes, anime is a part of pop culture. But when anime makes up what feels like 70–75% of the convention floor, cosplay, merchandise, panels, and activities, it raises a question: is Comic Con India still a comic convention, or has it effectively become an anime convention?
This isn't just about Comic Con India, either. Many conventions in India market themselves as "pop culture" events, yet the majority of the content is anime-focused. Meanwhile, comics, Western animation, gaming, movies, TV shows, sci-fi, and other fandoms often feel like secondary attractions.
At times, it genuinely feels like an anime convention with a Comic Con logo.
Anime deserves its popularity, but if most major conventions are overwhelmingly anime-focused, where does that leave fans of the rest of pop culture?
Does anyone else feel that Indian Comic Cons and "pop culture" conventions are becoming anime conventions under a broader label?
