Is there any "automatic" cars under 7k that let you like hold the gears or they are almost like manual and can be fun to drive. Preferably ones with v6 or v8 engines because all of the manuals seem to be inline 4s.

Thinking about getting one of these mercedes as my first cars because they seem fun to drive and i heard their engines are bulletproof.

Are you guys also pissed out of the amount of posts that say, "what do my favorite cars say about me?", and there just a bunch of random ass cars.

What are some good cars under or around 7k at price and can be found with less than or around 100,000 miles that are very tunable on a budget and are manual and have a decent amount of horsepower (at least 300hp) when modded on a budget (1k)

How come old muscle cars like from the 70s and 60s had pretty big engines like 7l v8s but only had around 300 to 400hp. Also, say if you were going to hypothetically replace the parts in the engine to modern standards how much hp would it have then?

Just would want some answers
