I've been gaming on the same 60Hz Samsung Monitors for the past 6 years.. I think it's time for an upgrade..
I'm wondering if I should go for the Samsung's Odyssey G6 G60SF, 500hz feels overkill but I can reach those kinds of fps in some competitive games. The Monitor is also on sale at the moment for 560 Euros. I don't prefer the matte finish, I prefer gloss but any other 500Hz monitor is 100-200 more. I'm also considering tandem oleds but I think the gray banding will be too distracting for me. I haven't really explored many monitor options, so if anyone has some recommendations around the 350-600 range I'd be happy to hear them out!

Gibt es dafür gute kostenlose Buchhaltungssoftware oder sollte ich alles manuell dokumentieren? Gibt es noch andere Dinge, um die ich mich kümmern muss?
Außerdem frage ich mich, wie es funktioniert, wenn ich für bestimmte Artikel keinen Kaufnachweis habe. Zum Beispiel habe ich einige Gegenstände schon seit mehr als 4 Jahren. Werden solche Artikel dann als kompletter Gewinn betrachtet, oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Anschaffungskosten trotzdem zu berücksichtigen, damit nicht der gesamte Verkaufspreis versteuert wird?

Wir interessieren uns derzeit sehr für den Kauf einer Immobilie. Nach unserem Kenntnisstand steht sie im Eigentum des Staates und wird über einen Makler verkauft.
Der Makler hat uns ein sehr attraktives Angebot gemacht, etwa 30% unter dem üblichen Preis, und dabei angegeben, dass der Staat damit einverstanden sei. Allerdings verlangt der Makler zusätzlich einen bestimmten Schwarzgeld Betrag in bar, wir wollen das nicht machen.
Der Makler weigert sicht, uns ein offizielles Angebot zu machen, vermutlich weil er darauf hofft, dass jemand auf das illegale Angebot eingeht.
Hat jemand einen Rat, wie wir dennoch versuchen könnten, die Immobilie zu kaufen?
I'm somewhat ready to pay the 100k Robux Expedited Review fee. From my understanding the fee is refundable after 90 days.
However, after reading about it I saw that in order for the fee to be refundable, the game needs to remain in 'good standing' and reach the minimum number of highly engaged players anyway in order to withdraw it, this means that if at the end I don't get the 500 engaged players or my game for some reason get's randomly flagged by their AI System, my 1000$ simply goes down the drain and is no longer refundable? This feels like a gamble, if my game doesn't reach these goals I lose a months rent??
