Follow up: I asked if I should disclose my physical past.. turns out Islam doesn't even allow asking about it

I posted here a while ago asking:

>If I don't end up marrying the guy I'm with now, should I be transparent about my physical past to a future husband, or stay quiet? I'll be honest about the relationship itself, but I meant specifically the physical part.

I got flooded with comments – mostly from men – telling me I must be completely transparent about physical details, that hiding it is deception, that a man has a “right to know,” and some even shamed me in the name of Islam. A few called me terrible things. All while claiming they were giving the Islamic perspective.

So I actually went and looked into what Islam says. Turns out, it's the exact opposite of what most of those comments said.

Islam does not allow you to dig into someone's private past, and it does not require a person to disclose what Allah has already kept hidden. In fact, voluntarily revealing such private matters goes directly against Islamic teachings.

The prophetic guidance is clear. a person's private history is between them and Allah. No one has the right to demand it be laid bare, and a person is not expected to offer that information up. Concealment in this case is not dishonesty. it is actually what has been instructed.

When it comes to marriage, a prospective husband is not supposed to ask about a woman's past private life, and she is not obligated to volunteer it. If he makes virginity an explicit condition, she cannot lie and claim to be a virgin. but she is fully within her rights to give a vague answer and protect her own privacy. The default Islamic stance is: you don't ask, and you don't expose what Allah has covered.

So what were all those comments following? Culture. Ego. Suspicion. Not Islam.

Question for men

Not looking to get married right now. Just curious to know what you guys think about girls with a past (physical). If I don't end up marrying the guy I'm with now, should I be transparent about this to the guy I will be getting married to? Or just stay quiet about it?

To be clear, I would be transparent about the relationship itself.. I'm not gonna hide that. My question is specifically about being upfront regarding the physical aspect

Red light mask for anti aging, worth it or overhyped?

Hey everyone! Skin's in a good place rn (24, so just thinking ahead), but I'm eyeing a red light mask for preventative anti aging. Does it actually do anything long term, or is it all marketing? Would love honest opinions before I drop cash on this thing
