I’ve been using the new Siri AI over the last couple of days, and as the heading states, it’s pretty good so far, and I’m really impressed by it. It’s starting to look like a real, actual chatbot.

It’s answered a number of my questions so far with no problems. I asked it what are the top podcasts of a particular topic that I had in mind, and it delivered the top ones; Siri AI even went further to offer to open those podcasts up one by one in the podcast app. (Just one example)

I also asked Siri to turn off Live Activities from a particular app, but it couldn’t do it. I guess it has to be agentic in order to do so, and I’m not sure if Siri has agentic capabilities yet. Either way, I wasn’t really disappointed. As an alternative, Siri did give me the proper instructions on how to turn off the Live Activities notifications for that particular app. Overall, I’ve been kind of impressed with the new Siri. And yes, more testing needs to be done, but that’s just my experience so far.

Hey everyone. macOS 27 DB has broken many menu bar manager apps such as Thaw, Glow, Barbee, etc. Does anyone know of any menu bar management apps that work well on macOS 27 DB?
