As the story went on especially in later half asa did become more confident, opened up w others & even speak out about her feelings. Ultimately her biggest development imo was letting herself hope to live even after all those gruesome things yoru did & how she saw herself as “bad person” for her past but still letting herself be “selfish” enough to live.

Idk why some fans expected her confidence to suddenly grow massively or guilt to just disappear in such a realistic manga like csm 😭 I do understand why as not getting to see her reaction after Yoru’s words felt underwhelming but I still don’t think she was a washed character or that her potential wasn’t reached

I think she’s really smart seeing how she sometimes has a superiority complex + her literally memorising & reciting the whole aquarium wikipedia like a human computer in one breath 😭 She’d probably do great in presentations if she didn’t have stage anxiety. Maybe that’s also why her classmates don’t fw her much 😭
