Insufflated v sublingual

What are the different effects after the initial dosing? After the initial high wears off, I have noticed that insufflated gives a better noticeable high but once it wears off the sleepiness sets in more so than sublingual. Especially when micro dosing.

What is everyone’s thoughts here. I’ve tried most extracts. Mx-20, 16 and mx-12.

What’s your favourite extract and method of dosing?

Does the effects disappear after time?

I’ve been cold plunging for over a year now and noticed the mental effects aren’t as prominent as the first few months of cold plunging. It’s still there but not as much. Is this the same for you guys? Do you increase the time? Or get into colder exposure? I want that big dopamine release like before.

HGH - fatigue

I’ve recently upped HGH dose for the past 2 months and noticed crippling daytime fatigue at 2iu in the morning fasted and 4iu before bed. Another thing I’ve noticed needing naps after meals especially in the afternoon and this is without carbs. My diet is generally low carb. Is this something most people experience with other dosing?

Human guinea pig trial

I’ve been on a mission to get as lean as possible at my ripe old age of 46. Currently on Trt, mots, SLU, GH and a small dose of Reta weekly. I’ve also tried most peptides. In effect I’ve been a human guinea pig for the past 6 months.

This picture was taken with no carbs as I’m keto/carnivore for 90% of the time apart from one weekly carb up/off plan meal.
