"Mitochondria Reign" is our original song inspired by the cult-classic horror RPG Parasite Eve.

This track is our personal interpretation of the mysterious and terrifying force behind the game's story—the mitochondria. Featuring original lyrics and a powerful symphonic metal arrangement, the song aims to capture both the beauty and dread that define Parasite Eve's unforgettable atmosphere.

Musically, the song is a remix and reimagining of "A Missing Perspective" from the original Parasite Eve soundtrack, transformed into a heavier and more cinematic metal experience while paying tribute to the source material that inspired it.

A special thank you to my friend Hannah for lending her incredible vocals to this project. Her performance helped bring the emotion, elegance, and horror of the song to life in a way I couldn't have imagined on my own.

We have been working on a metal tribute to Corpse Party, and we decided to take the Chapter 5 theme from the games ost and completely reimagine it as a heavier, more dramatic track.

My friend Hannah Everlight provided the vocals, and we wrote original lyrics inspired by the story, characters, and overall feeling of Corpse Party.
