Hello guys, I just got this Kawasaki er5 I like it but the muffler whistles or chirps and it's quite annoying. I am guessing I have a pinhole in the muffler somewhere that makes this sound, I am planning on trying to find it with soapy water, but even if I find it what can I plug it with?

So this is for sale at a dealership pretty close to me.

I have an A2 license but I have not used it for like 4 years.

I have been thinking of getting this as my first ever bike '94 535 with 41k km on the clock.

I am relatively mechanically inclined and I like tinkering, but the bike is 30 years old I guess I am more afraid of crumbly hoses and ever so slightly intimidated by more complex carburators.

Bike is about 2400€.

Is this a bad idea ?

Hello! As per my last post I managed to fry the motherboard analog inputs for the temperature probes on my ender 3 ( it's the stock board for now, SKR mini V3 incoming)

If I am taking this thing almost completely apart, I want to also upgrade the hot end. I have been able to get relatively decent print at about 100mm/s^2 but there I am starting to get some strange artifacts when the hotend starts to slow down (looks like under extrusion on slowing down).

I am not entirely sure what was causing that, but I believe it is a multitude of factors.

And I am here to ask you what hot end should I go for, I'd like something relatively simple and easy to take apart, something a fair bit beefier ( 20mm^3/s would be great, at the moment I am doing about 8-10mm^3/s with the stock hot end). I was thinking of a E3D Volcano and I am curious what's your opinion on it (ai also would like to change the horned thermistor to a capsule thermistor, the glass one I find is quite fragile.

As far as I can tell the days of my crappy extruder are long gone, the orbiter looks quite cool and I believe there are a few more comparable options. It needs to be dual gear direct drive ai don't really care about weight but I do somewhat about price.

So I noticed that my nozzle was probably a bit loose, there was a bit of filament leaking past it, nothing major.

So I thought I'll take the hotels apart and tighten everything back together and clean it as well.

The hot end screws were backed in a bit of filament, so I tried cleaning them while hot with a brass brush.

I think I showered the heat cartridge lead with the termistor while doing that, now my hot end thermistor is locked at 20C no matter what I do with it including unplugging it and the bed is locked at 140C.

I checked the residence of both 120k ohms each, so they look normal.

Looks like the board probably still works, motor drivers and all, but the inputs for thermistors seem toast ...

Is there anything I can do to it or just SKR mini V3 ?

(Also do you guys have any hotend recommendations)
