Brazilians in NYC, where are you watching the game tomorrow in the city? I’m also watching solo btw.

32M, btm if that matters and very sexually active but it’s been two months since the last time I got to do the deed because I’ve had some itching around my anus and of course I need to get it check and my doctor test me for possible HPV and still awaiting results for the next couple weeks.

I am still taking PrEP everyday and I’m just wondering if it’s still worth taking it or is it ok to take a break for now and wait til I get my results? I don’t really see myself engaging in any kinds of sexual activity for maybe the next month because I’m just not confident or comfortable doing it for now. I totally forgot to talk about this to my doctor last week during my visit. Any thoughts?

VNL week 2 is here. The court, livestream, the arena lights is giving parang ibang bansa ang host. Ang galing! As expected, Hinotori ang my home court advantage. Very exciting game against Serbia last night, definitely one of the best matches so far for this year’s VNL. Defense is the new offense talaga ang laruan nila.

I really hope na UAAP women’s, PVL teams and ALAS players will be able to watch their games because honestly speaking hindi naman mag kalayo height natin sa kanila (Hinotori). Their fundamentals talaga ang ganda at super disciplina sila at ang footwork nila ang galing lang!

Anyways, have fun watching the remaining games. Darating din diyan tayo one day!

Just like that semis are done, at least for in person. Lately, I’ve been home most weekends there’s no way I would rather spend it than just being a couch potato and mostly watching the semis from Mayhem Classic all the way to Norcal Classic.

My top 3 semis are:
•Torian Pro - always a fun semis. Love the “Paint the Pro Pink” tradition to show support for domestic violence. I really wish Dave Castro would bring the Games here. It’ll be sold out for sure.

•French Throwdown - another solid show. They had workouts not only for athletes but also for the judges and volunteers. I also like their programming. Also hoping that the Games will be held here one day or anywhere in Europe.

•Syndicate Crown - programming was elite. I think there were a lot of athletes who got capped out on workouts 1 and 2 and just goes to show how difficult the workouts are. Really like the flow of the show, one that stood out to me was the in and out of athletes from one heat to the next. No time wasted. Very exciting finish to the leaderboard as well. I wish the leaderboard at the games this summer will be that thrilling lol.

Honorable mention goes to Mad Fitness Festival and Copa Sur.

My hot takes:
-I dont like the Online semis format for some reasons
-Instead of having 7 online qualifying spot to the games why not give 3 qualifying spot to in person semis in Rebel Renegade Games, Legends Championship, Copa Sur and Far East Throwdown
-Invite or bring more top-ranked athletes to South Africa or Asia, good for the sport and will bring more spectators
-Norcal Classic should be held indoors. Period.

Cant wait for the Games this summer.

As a longtime volleyball fan both internationally and locally - my credentials are FIVB Grand Prix, Olympic games from Dante Amaral, Giba, Fofao, Fabi, Mari,Sheilla, Gamova, Sokolova, Leila Barros, Yumilka Ruiz, Logan Tom, Reid Priddy, Serginho and many more to Shakey’s V-League held in Lyceum gym (RPN or IBC televised not sure), UAAP volleyball in UP CHK gym to now in MOA and SAC and even SEA games volleyball in Bacolod

During that time, I always see the potential na Philippine volleyball will always get big and popular and it is now considering that we are now capable of hosting World Championships and VNL and the recently formed ALAS and their accomplishments of course nakaka-proud diba. But sadly heto na naman tayo. The people behind it are not it. And tbh I’m very happy na FIVB suspends PNVF and i say dasuuurv ng malala!!

For context, I’m a big Brazilian volleyball fan men’s and women’s and if you follow their team on IG: @cbvolei very consistent sila and the their federation. Their coaches have been with the team for the longest time. They have newly renovated training centers and headquarters. All teams from juniors u17 to seniors team they train there and with housing. They really make sure they take care and value their players. Im sure si De Brito very disappointed yan sa federation natin, not to mention hindi siya binayaran ng bonus niya but props to him kasi even though malala ang bash sa kanya, makikita mo rin talaga na love niya ang Alas womens. And I hope ganito rin ang treatment sa atin kung wala lang ang mga buwaya.

Tats Suzara needs to be removed or dapat wala na talaga siyang affiliation sa Philippine Volleyball. From the unliquidated amount of Php 662M sa men’s world champs alams na. and to think my women’s world champs pa in 3 years.
