Advance Claim Related Confusion

Hello, I’ve gone through EPFO 3.0 rules and I have some confusion. I’m in some medical urgency so if you have the answer please help me out.

I’m currently employed but my employee share is very low (around5k) where has I have employer share.
When I applied for form 31 under ESSN - ILLNESS, the automated advance claim amount shower 32k and I applied 30k which later got approved in members page and settled in passbook(Not deducted from passbook and not credited to bank account)

Now I’m wondering how that’s possible ? Anyone can explain me.

Eligible Claim Amount

Hello All, there’s a new feature called eligible claim amount which is automatically shown while adding the claim. Is that amount correctly calculated?

Anyone knows how they calculate the amount. I used to think for advance claims we can only withdraw the employee share in terms of Illness.
