I was recently arrested after shopping at goodwill for taking some items home with me, but in my defense goodwill got the items for free so I should be able to get them for free. Is this a solid legal defense?

I absolutely love goodwill and it is one of my favorite places to go to relax. That being said I have also been an avid participant in the donation system, donating a lot of stuff I find. Recently, theres been this nasty homeless person on the street of my apartment complex, so in an attempt to scare him away I took some stuff from his grocery cart. I took the stuff to goodwill to donate it, in order to get rid of the evidence, but apparently the security camera of the apartment complex caught it on camera and the hobo is suing me with a lawyer representing him for free. Goodwill always has me in these godawful situations and I am sick of this. Is there any hope for me?

So its a little self explanatory, but the other day I was grinding counterstrike and in voice chat I revealed that I worked at the Cleveland area menards in order to draw some good publicity to the company. Well later that round, I may have accidentally threatened someone in my lobby who then proceeded to doxx me and send recordings to my manager, who promptly fired me. Is there anything I can do? This has to be a major breach of privacy.

Whenever I am thrifting (at goodwill or other places) i l just feel this weird predatorial vibe. Its like being a part of this amalgamation of so many people's things isnt supposed to happen. I look some grandpas old jacket and feel like I should be on a list. I run my hands through stained t shirts and feel guilty. I check the mugs and think of how many lips have been on it and just feel perverse. Its ruining the experience for me, I used to love thrifting and now I can only think of how many hands have touched what I am touching.

So I recently installed the original angry birds and it ran super slow on my phone, understandably causing me a lot of frustration. I was watching some ads for power ups at work and suddenly an ad of full on nudity appeared on my screen which my boss saw. Ive been placed on leave and im absolutely fuming. The angry birds used to be my friends. Is there any way I can sue rovio for this?

So recently I was fired from my job because I took some sushi out of the sushi section and I ate it. I think that's total bullshit because the customers are allowed to eat it? I gave myself the 5 dollar discount that I decided I deserve but I still paid anyways so they should be thankful I didn't just take it. Normally that wouldnt be a big deal but allegedly they caught me on camera spitting in the food (not a big deal, they got thrown out anyways so nobody ate them) and eating parts of food before putting it back. I think thats bullshit. I cant take this anymore.

Hey all ive been working here for a week and I absolutely hate it and I cant deal with the customers. I think taking the edge off would be good, but I dont wanna smell like weed or alcohol. What are the best ways to inebriate myself during my shift? Im thinking about huffing paint.

So a little storytime here, I worked at kroger for like 5 years and I loved every single bit of it. My grandma said I need to get a job, and I did! But recently, while helping an elderly customer sample ice cream, something bad happened. I was licking the ice cream out of the containers with my eyes closed to simulate pleasure, and accidentally licked the elderly man. He got so disgusted that I even tried licking the ice cream and putting it back that he said he's gonna get me fired and threatened to sue me. Is there any way I can sue him back for defamation of character? I need the cash.

The last time I visited Menards was in July of 2023, and I expect a lot of things have changed. Have you guys figured anything out yet? Where is the lumber? Did you guys rennovate the bathroom? I cant remember. Thank you.

As the title suggests, I was recently fired from my job at pizza hut because I bent over to eat a pepperoni that fell on the floor, exposing the thong I was wearing. I have the feeling that this is because I am a man, and I think I would have been treated differently if it was a woman. A customer did see the thong, and he made a point to compliment my physique. I dont know why I would get fired for this, my manager insists it wasnt because of the thong but because I kept eating food off the floor. I just know he is lying though. How do I get HIM fired?

I believe I have what it takes to become the new icon of Pizza hut as suggested by a comment on my previous post. I will continue to eat the new and improved healthy big new yorker in hopes of becoming a idol and icon in this community. Are there any ways I can reach out to pizza hut to get my name into some promotional stuff? Any managers willing to help me out? Thanks.

Pizza hut used to be my favorite restaurant and I would order a big new yorker every single day that I could, but my doctor has tried to ban me from the store. I thought this was nonsense till I realized that I was as round as a holiday hog. Im distraught, I didnt know that pizza hut was doing this to me. Is there any way that we can make the big new yorker healthier? Thank you, I need it.

Little storytime here, ive been working at target for about 6 years now, and I still havent gotten a promotion because my manager is in a decades long feud with my family. My grandma recently did a hit and run at his grandpas house, and lets just say their dog will not be barking anymore. My manager heard of this, and fired me on the spot for something that I didnt do. Anyways, do I have any chance of getting my job back, my grandma went into my store and caused a ruckus. I literally do not know what to do and it isnt even my fault. My family refuses to help me out and keeps complaining about that I'm not doing my part I literally do not care.

So a lot of customers (presumably teenage boys but ive been duped before) keep coming up to me absolutely snickering and asking where we keep our bartholes. I do not know what this means or where this comes from. What the hell?

I went and it was pretty cool but I wanna know other opinions
