Is this tire safe to drive on?

I’ve had this tire since I’ve had this car and I noticed it’s getting low every now and then and there’s a dark ring around the tire. Is this normal? Am I good to drive on this?

Is SHIMING a reputable company?

I bought a mountain bike for $30 on FB marketplace recently and the shift cable already snapped but when I was replacing it, I noticed the shifter say “SHIMING”. Never heard of that company before. I’ve heard microShift but not SHIMING. Is it like a well known and high quality bike part company?

Anyone else’s phone keep switching to Edmonton time?

I noticed my iPhone 17 switch to Edmonton time and it said 3:21 PM instead of 2:21 PM and was losing my mind on how I skipped an entire hour before I realized it was in Edmonton time. I switched it back to Vancouver but it switches back seconds later everytime.

I’m asking in this sub cause I’m not sure if anyone else in Vancouver is experiencing the same issue or knows how to fix it.

What did I do wrong here to not get the death charge?

I've gotten death charges before on this part at that ledge but somehow I skidded across? I've never seen that happen so i'm not sure what I did wrong and what I was supposed to do.
