I've been struggling so much to find my perfect nude lipliner, and I am losing this battle it seems.

I always knew that my lips were a different tone to my skin, but the difference is staggering. Maybelline's gone greige looks actual grey on my lips, if i just draw a line on my face, it is brown.

And i don't know how to find my shade and I don't have the money to just continue blind buying liners until i find one! Does anyone have advice on how to match my lipstick and lipliners so they work both on my lips as well as with my skin?

To give you an idea of my skin: I'm a very pale, warm leaning olive-the only shade match i've ever found was the nyx vanilla nude skin tint, so i just don't use foundation.

And i can give up foundation, but i neeed a good lipliner. My lips are so thin as is, makeup looks unbalanced otherwise. I am also located in Europe, so if you do recommend things, please only brands available here.

I've been thinking of getting the bottom layers of my hair bleached and dyed, but I'm a little unsure of how it will look for one specific reason:

I don't have all that much hair, and usually have it all at the front over my shoulders. While i've seen what the hair looks like from the back when it's all in the back, i'm not sure about what the back will look like when the hair is all at the front?

You would be able to see the bleached part clearly at the roots, i assume, and i'm scared it'll look ridiculous. Maybe anyone here has a picture of what it looks like, or knows? Or has an idea of how to dye it to minimize that effect. Thank you!

Hallo zusammen, unschwer zu erkennen ist wohl, dass ich mir endlich auch einen PC zulegen will. Spiele mit dem Gedanken zwar schon sehr lange, hab aber doch jedes Mal aufs neue gezögert, einfach, weil ich doch nicht so viel game. Aber die Preise werden ja nur noch schlimmer, also ist vielleicht die Zeit gekommen.

Ich hab vor, mir das Ding, wenn alles gut läuft und nix dazwischen kommt, in den nächsten Monaten zu besorgen. Dass das zu Preisschwankungen führen kann, ist mir bewusst. Wenn es Sinn macht, auf Black Friday zu warten, bin ich dazu auch bereit.

Ich bin auch ehrlich: prebuild wäre mir lieber, aber wenns mit meinem Budget und Anforderungen mehr Sinn macht, zu bauen, dann muss ich das wohl auch lernen. Sollte ein Prebuild meinen Anforderungen perfekt entsprechen, her damit, umso besser.

Meine Budget-Schmerzgrenze liegt bei ca 1500€. Sehr gerne niedriger, wenns irgendwie geht.

Ich habe bereits einen FHD-Monitor, der mir reicht und den ich auch vor habe, weiter zu benutzen. Sonst habe ich neben Tastatur und Maus nichts.

Meine Anforderungen: würde das Ding gerne auch für die Arbeit benutzen, dafür sollte aber jeglicher Build reichen. Fokus liegt vor allem auf dem gamen.

Ich spiele Single-RPGs, Strategie- und Simulationsspiele. Ein paar Beispiele:

- Sims 1-4

- Crusader Kings 3 (mit anspruchsvollen Mods wie AGOT)

- Planet Zoo (2, wenn er rauskommt, wäre interessant)

- Manor Lords

- Baldurs Gate 3

- Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Wären jetzt mal aus den verschiedenen Genres Beispiele. Momentan spiele ich mit 60fps, was mir auch komplett reicht.

Ein paar Dinge, die mir wichtig sind: Late Game Lag vor allem bei den Strategiespielen wie Ck3 will ich möglichs vermeiden. Die Spiele sollten nicht komplett scheiße aussehen, grad bei den RPGs ist das natürlich nicht unwichtig. Wäre cool, wenn die Möglichkeit bestehen würde, theoretisch auf nen 1440p Monitor upzugraden, ist aber kein muss.

TLDR: pc mit 1880p Monitor, 60fps, um Strategiespiele und RPGs zu spielen. Budget mit absoluter Schmerzgrenze bei 1500€, aber vorgezogen wirklich weniger. -1300€ wären ideal.

I've barely been buying clothes the last few years, but with a new job i noticed myself regularly running out of appropriate clothes, so of to the shops I am.

I've been to the thrift shops in the area before, and I've been able to make some great finds there, though it's incredibly hit or miss, and a vast majority of clothes I don't like, and of the ones I like, most don't fit me.

I have a Vinted account, and I've scrolled on there before, toying with the idea of ordering some stuff, but I just can't get myself to do it.

Online thrifting has several issues. It's

a. So risky!! The chances of the clothes not fitting is quite high. Even if i get my measurements, there's many clothes that fit me technically, but I still don't like the way they look on me. I'm very limited with what I could even get there.

and b. Online thrifting takes soooo much time. I don't particularly like shopping, but I do like fashion. Sifting through Vinted is a never-ending task where maybe 1 in 100 items actually speaks to me just visually, and then there's a thousand other criteria to consider. At least in an actual store, there's a limited amount of items.

In the end, i never end up ordering anything, because I can't tell accurately enough if I would like the clothes on me, and if they would actually fit. And that is with my pretty average body, i can't imagine how annoying/impossible it would be if you're outside the norm. I also don't have enough disposable income to have 10 Euros wasted, in the end.

Idk what my goals are exactly, except that I got very annoyed and wanted to rant - but I also DO want to thrift clothes, and again, the stores in my area just don't have good stuff.

So i'm willing to be convinced to give it a try after all, but I'm also looking to commiserate, and maybe get some alternative ideas on where to get clothes (europe-based, i suppose it makes a difference)

As the title says, i'd love a list of various submods that add clothing of any kind (or armour, though mostly clothing) into the game. I know Agot+ does, and legacy of valyria. Are there any other ones?

I know there's about 10000 posts about pet peeves ans correct spag etc etc, but I just had to get this off my chest for a moment.

I'm generally enjoying the fic I'm reading at the moment, though.I've only read one chapter. It's been beta-ed, revised. The premise is great, the spelling and grammar are generally great. I have just the one issue.

I suppose it's run-on sentences. I generally don't mind them, and used sparingly and good they do work!

But this author continues just attaching main clause to main clause with a comma in between. When I read, i take a different pause when there's a comma or a period! My reading flow is genuienly getting interrupted. Because EVERY swntence is a run on sentence.

To give you an example of what I mean:

I walk around the store and think about buying chicken, bored out of my mind, I take a look at the cucumbers and put two in my cart, in the produce aisle I see her, she looks beautiful, so I approach her.

Vs

And the issue is really that every second sentence is like this!

It's actually something I see SO often in fics and it always drives me mad. It almost takes the suspence out of the reading. And it's such an easy fix too that would improve the writing SO MUCH because everything else is really good already.

With the current steam sale going on, I considered getting the expansions I'm currently missing. I have everything up to the Chapter 4 stuff, and none of the new stuff.

As I mostly play the AGOT mod, i wanted to know how much the packs are worth it for it. The sale isn't that substantial (only 20% if I get the collection so I can have the cosmetic stuff too), so I'm hesitating a bit.

I'm assuming Khans of the Steppe will eventually become relevant when we get the Dothraki. I know Coronations isn't all that great and would only benefit me in the base game. what about all under heaven? Is it moreso a base game only expansion?

So in my newest playthrough, only Duncan the Small survived the attempted hatching at Summerhall. One Dragon did hatch, though it's untamed and not bonded to Dunk.

Duncan is king now, and I'm having him divorce Jenny. He has to marry for alliances, dragonblood, heirs etc, all things Jenny can't give him.

I'm completely stumped on who he could marry, though. There just isn't ANYONE, it seems. One of the Targ bastards from Aerion's line is a possibility. A 13 year old velaryon girl, so i can at least get valyrian features. But for alliances and actual political reasons, i can't find a single good match.

Anyone have ideas of what house he might marry into? I checked all the great houses, as well as the redwynes and hightowers. Not sure what else could be an option.

Purchased a package a few years back when I was in the US out of curiosity, forgot about it, found it now. It's best by date is 2 years ago.

I generally don't care for best by dates much and go by appearance, smell, taste, but I have no clue what Kraft mac and cheese actually is supposed to smell, taste or look like. So any guidance on how to tell it might have gone bad (beyond things like mold obviously) would be appreciated.

Der Titel sagts basically schon. Ich arbeite Teilzeit an ner Schule, dienstags und donnerstags. Das letzte Mal war ich krank vor den Osterferien, hatte eine Krankschreibung für ne Woche.

Jetzt hats mich wieder erwischt. War am Dienstag noch auf Arbeit, aber im Laufe des Tages gings mir einfach nur schlimmer und schlimmer. Hab mich dann heim geschleppt, den rest des Tages Fieber von 39 Grad gehabt, keine weiteren Symptome. Heute gings mir wieder besser, nur leicht erhöhte Temperatur, aber im Arsch, müde, und aus der Puste bin ich immernoch total.

Eigentlich würde ich morgen noch nicht zur Arbeit gehen; einfach weils anstrengend ist und Kinder Bazillenschleudern wie sonst was sind, und ich auch niemanden anstecken wollen würde, sollte ich evemtuell noch ansteckend sein.

Aber es wäre, again, mein letzter Arbeitstag vor den Ferien, und ich will echt kein schlechtes Bild hinterlassen bei meinen Arbeitgebern. Wie schlecht kommt das? Wie negativ fällt sowas auf? Insgesamt wärs mein drittes Mal krank dieses Jahr. Weils nur ein Tag ist, kann ich mich Freitag wieder gesund melden und brauch auch keine Krankmeldung.

Ich bin total zwiegespalten, und ein Teil von mir fühlt sich immer schuldig und faul, wenn ich in diesem Zwischenzustand von nicht ganz krank/nicht ganz gesund bin-den Tag würde ich ja irgendwie durchhalten, u know? Aber hauptsächlich mach ich mir einfach sorgen um das Bild, das das schafft, und obs sehr arg schlimm auffällt.

Vielleicht kommt ja noch ne Antwort bevoe ich einschlafe. Oder zumindest vor meiner Entscheidung morgen früh, hahah.

Hallo erstmal. Nach inzwischen jahrelangem Kämpfen habe ich mich verzweifelt entschlossen, dass ich mich mal an euch wende, vielleicht kann jemand helfen.

Unser Jack-Russell-Terrier ist inzwischen 5 Jahre alt und wir haben total Probleme mit dem Futter. Er scheint ganz viel nicht zu vertragen: sehr viel Kot beim Stuhlgang, extreme Unruhe nachts und konstantes Lecken von Pfoten und Bauchbereich, winseln, etc.

Wir waren oft beim Tierarzt, haben Ausschlussdiäten probiert, sind bei dem allen auf kein eindeutiges Ergebnis gekommen. Schließlich haben wir das 'Bosch Soft Adult Landente umd Kartoffel' als erdtes Futter gefunden, welches er wirklich gut verträgt. Super Stuhlgang, Abends ruhig, morgens nicht am Hetzen...

Das Problem ist nur Folgendes: nach einigen Wochen hat er aufgehört, das Futter zu essen. Das ist ein Problem, das wir schon mehrmals hatten. Er verweigert das Essen komplett, isst höchstens zögerlich wirklich ein paar Bissen, wenn er arg hungrig ist, und nimmt so langsam mehr und mehr ab.

Dazu kommt, dass er in der früh, wenn er nicht früh genug was isst, sich oft übergeben muss (Magensäure mostly).

Er sitzt immer an seiner Futterschublade und wartet und bettelt nach Essen, isst das in seinem Napf partout nicht. Das einzige Futter, welches er immer annimmt und wirklich gerne isst, ist das 'Vet Concept Dog Intestinal', welches wir vor ner Weile vom Tierarzt verschrieben bekommen haben. Er isst es zwar, und mit viel Gusto, verträgt es aber nicht: extrem viel Stuhlgang, zum Ende der Gassirunde auch gerne Durchfall, total unruhig und leckt sich den Bauch wund etc...

Das Vet concept sowie das Futter von Bosch sind beide mit Entenfleisch. Bosch hat Kartoffel, Vet Concept Süßkartoffel.

Wir sind komplett am verzweifeln. Nassfutter will er nicht, barfen haben wir noch nichts gefunden, was er isst und verträgt, weil er auch bei Frischfutter sehr, sehr wählerisch ist und fast nichts isst.

Wir sind alle mit dem Latein am Ende. Das ganze neues Futter kaufen geht irgendwann auch sehr auf den Geldbeutel, aber vor allem will ich, dass mein Hund endlich normal essen kann und nicht mehr leiden muss. Jegliche Tipps, Ideen, Anregungen, immer her damit! Danke im Voraus schon mal <3
