Help me.

I need help. Im pregnant with my 3rd. It was an accident but I want this kid, they are a miracle. I can barely move because of how constant the nausea and overheat is on my body. I live in a 900 sq ft house and have to watch my 21 month old 22 hours a day. I usually have to sleep with her (not as big of a problem just never getting a break). My husband takes her for a few hours when he gets home from work. I can barely move, can barely eat, I can't swallow the tons of pills I take because I throw them up. Ive been off of my high dose ssri for 4 days now and i just want to fucking d1e guys. Im feeling suicidal. Haven't planned anything. But now my brain is bringing up every awful thing I ever did (I cheated on my first boyfriend, like 20 years ago) just now I thought about how much of a monster I was and that i must still be that monster and got myself so upset I threw up. My 21 month old is crawling all over me, doesn't understand what puking is and tries to get between me and the toilet/bucket. Rationally i know she is scared but it makes me so angry that she won't just let me puke without crawling all over me. I'm not okay. I don't feel like i have anyone to turn to. Please help me.

P.s. I'm on Zofran because it dissolves in my mouth so I don't gag but its really not helping. My dr is giving me another med that you have to put up you butt. Good god I fucking hate how much of a mess I am

Ultrasound on Thursday afternoon and im so scared its for nothing

I'm so happy to have found this group. I hate that we are all here for the saddest of reasons.

I was lucky enough with my first child/first pregnancy to go in being naive of what could go wrong. And most things went great minus GD and HG.

I wanted to try for baby #2 as soon as i was healed from my c section. Drs recommend 18 months. We tried starting at 19 months PP and went for 11 months. At 11 months I was doing fertility treatments. Taking letrozole. I got pregnant but I was bleeding for weeks. I ended up with an ectopic pregnancy. We wanted that baby so fucking bad. I was devastated. I had a failed D n C. Took the "miscarriage" pill. And finally needed a double dose of methotrexate. That finally took the baby away. And I was relieved when they were gone, then devastated that they weren't with me anymore, and then guilty for wanting them to leave in the first place. I got pregnant again 3 months later. Had a successful live birth of my beautiful second daughter. Why is there zero support for us? Why can I only find a sliver of support online? Im so traumatize from my ectopic.

I just found out im pregnant again. We were not trying and weren't planning on more kids. Its a miracle really. I was told after having my second that my fertility would only continue to get worse and if I ever wanted more kids that I would need medical intervention. Im only 20 months PP with my second. Irony! But im so traumatized by the ectopic. I was having a pulling sensation in my side and my OB made me go to the ER for hours to get an ultrasound. But I was only 4 weeks pregnant so obviously there was nothing to see. That pain/sensation is gone now (im currently 7 weeks pregnant) and I have my first ultrasound on Thursday afternoon. My beta numbers were tripling when they did my 48 hour hcg blood test. At this point rationally I may be okay. But im so fucking scared that were going to go in there and there will be no baby, or they'll be in my c section scar or somewhere else not viable. My head just runs through all of the worst case scenarios.

If you read all this thank you. Im just feeling really alone, hurt, and griefy. No one carries this loss except me. My husband was sad but I dont think when the ectopic happened that it was ever as real to him as it was to me. Im all alone in this pain and I miss that little soul that I never got to hold.

Got pregnant

Welp I guess I'm done for now as I just found out im pregnant. We weren't trying and I was told I couldn't get pregnant without medical intervention.

When i was doing research like 2 years ago I didn't see anything about glp-1s possibly helping fertility but when I look now I'm seeing it everywhere.

My question; did yall hear this or see this as well?

We are happy for this baby as they are still a miracle to us.

I had lost 37 pounds since February. I took some before and after pics but I don't think it did justice to how I actually feel.

Anyways good luck to all of you! I'm sure I'll be back haha.

Need some reassurance I'm not necessarily having another ectopic

Im pregnant, only 5 weeks along. I am having consistent ache, very period cramp like (not even pain) consistently on my right side. Its been on and off in my days for almost a week now. It tends to come on stronger when im active, during the day and then disappears at night.

My quick history:

I had my daughter with no issues in june 2021

Tried to get pregnant for 11 months, got pregnant with a cycle of letrozole and ended up with a rare form of ectopic pregnancy called "pregnancy of unknown origin." Ended up having to use methotrexate to end the pregnancy.

Then 3 months late with another round of letrozole and trigger shot conceived my 2nd daughter. Born in Nov 2024

Wasn't trying to get pregnant but lost a great deal of weight and was in much better health. Here I am.

We want to keep the pregnancy as my doctor told me i wouldn't get pregnant without medical intervention and here is this miracle.

I was checked for an ectopic pregnancy in the ER on the 31st but its so early on. Everything looks good but they said it could still happen.

We did two beta tests.

My first was 357, my second (about 42 hours later) was 921.

Im so excited and I want this baby but im terrified of this sensation I keep feeling on my right side (lower stomach). My ultrasound tech told me I ovulated off of my left side but people have opposite referral pains/sensations all the time.

Ive also had 2 c sections and personally experienced the joy of having "so much scar tissue around my uterus" my doctor took two hours just to get to my baby.

Am I doomed into having another ectopic?

I join to offer my tribute to Senator Tiny Paws

This is my very cool cat Theo. Also known as Ooka, Mr. Poopy Butthole, Bun-ya, Bunny, and last but not least Senator Tiny Paws (because of his regal manner of course).

Playstation stealing online games back

Have yall heard about what kind of BS Playstation is pulling? We don't own anything anymore. Our money is worthless in a lot of ways. Can't burn cds anymore, you have music subscriptions, people don't buy movies as much because subscriptions, and video games, see where I'm going?

So say it with me "if buying isn't owning then piracy isn't stealing."

Trying bras again

My boobs got so big over the last several years between making babies and gaining weight. I HATE tight underwire bras. It always feel like my diaphragm is being crushed. Even when I go up in sizes. So for YEARS ive been wearing nice sports bras with a very wide strap of under support (helps my diaphragm feel less crushed).

I measured a 36 DDD, but with weight gain I think im probably more a 40 DDD or something.

Ive lost 40 pounds now. My breasts are so much more saggy. Thanks breastfeeding. Anyways where can I buy some new supportive bras. I dont necessarily want to try a push up bra yet but open to underwire or something like that.

Id love a recommendation where I could have easy returns? I hate how hard some websites make it

Do you sense anything bad or good?

Just want people's thoughts on the two of us together. I don't want to give too much context so I get more honest answers .

He's gone and I'm afraid he suffered.

My grandfather passed away on Wednesday. I lived with him during a very tumultuous time in my life as a child. He was my safe space. I usually lived much further away from him as I got older. However the last 2 years we moved him nearby in a assisted living facility and it was some of the most wonderful times of my life. I got to watch him fall in love with my children, his 2 great grandchildren.

He lived to 92 and had a lot of beautiful moments but some terribly hard ones too. The last 3 days I was sitting at his bed as his lungs filled up with fluid. You could hear him trying to live, and drowning. His last words were a gurgling "help". He was undermedicated at the time. After that he still lived 2 more days but seemed much more comfortable.

I wanted to be with him when he left this realm. I was only 3 minutes away and he was gone.

Can anyone connect with him? Tell me anything you see/feel/hear? I dreamt of him but it was an anxiety dream and I dont think him coming through. I miss him so much. He was the best man I knew. I'd anything to hear his laugh again.
