Infuriated by the way she talks

I only recently found out about what happened, didn’t know who she was before. I don’t get into it a lot but algorithm sends me a vid or 2 and the way she talks like she’s a tiktok robot pisses me tf off. She lost a kid due to not wanting to ruin her perfect pool w a fence and her dumbass of a husband being busy betting, but she says stuff like “grief journey” , “something altered my brain chemistry”(or smth like that, only saw a short clip from a podcast she did) talking about forgiving the guy and “it comes from the belief that he should be still be here”(wym from the BELIEF).

I really think this girl has a serious problem. Not only does she only speak in tiktok language, but it’s like she lives in a tiktok universe as well where nothing is real

Beginner runner, first time running in zone 2. I started weight lifting 6 years ago after losing 35kg. The only cardio I did up until now was hiit(sprint 1 min, walk 1min). I started running last month and got scared when I was permanently in zone 5 with a light jog but physically was fine lol.

I didn’t think it was possible, but I did it! It was embarrassingly slow and frustrating, but hoping to be able to run faster and keep my hr down in a few weeks🤞🏻

Heart rate when running

Hello everyone,

I’ve(F,26) been doing weight lifting for 5 years now, started running too 2 weeks ago.

I’m taking my time getting into it, but I’m wondering if my heart rate is something I should bring up.

For context I did my first mile in 13 min so I wasn’t going fast.

Today is the first time I run with an apple watch, and it was showing 170-180 pretty fast. At first I thought it was cadence lock, but later I manually counted my heartbeats and it went up as far as 200.

I’ve been struggling with health anxiety since January, after witnessing someone have a seizure in front of me and then trying to punch me when they woke up lol.
Struggled with panic attacks up until March. Been anxious since. I also have hyperhidrosis if it matters.

Bc of my panic attacks I did a cardio check up, with an echo, ekg and stress test on a bike. All came back fine, he did mention my heart going on the higher side but he also didn’t push me to the max since I was dealing w the panic attacks. He told me my tension was fine even with the higher heart. I also recover fine.

During the run I feel fine, I can still sing along to the song but of course I feel the effort. No chest pain, no dizziness. Effort wise I even feel like I could go much harder, but I don’t because I’m scared

Going by the standard formula my estimated max heart rate should be 194

Health anxiety from sick kid (6)

Hello,

I think I was health anxious my whole life, but inJanuary I started having panic attacks all of a sudden. I would have an impending doom feeling and lots of physical symptoms and I ended up with bad health anxiety and death anxiety. I thankfully found a technique that helped with panic attacks, haven’t had one in a few months, and even tho it helps with anxiety too I completely lose it when it comes to my niece.

My sister had her with a man that’s not taking care of her at all, and I help her raiser her together with my mom. I love her as if she is my own. Every time she gets sick, has a fever etc I panic. I immediately think she’s going to die or smth os going to happen to her.

Today she was lethargic, horrible headache, kept sleeping. We brought her to the er because we struggled waking her up and she was a bit limp when my mom was trying to wake her.

She was eventually better and was joking and laughing after her fever went down.

The did blood tests and urine tests they say it’s a virus. Rn she’s sleeping (1am here) but she has a fever of about 103 that doesn’t rly go down(after 2h30 it went down to 102.7). I looked up online and ppl say see the fever as a friend, it’s fighting the infection, I’m trying but for me fever=danger

Can you share stories if you’re like me etc? I guess I’m looking for reassurance so I don’t go crazy😭

Helloo,

Does anyone know where I could find a fan in Brussels? Mine broke and it’s impossible to find one. They’re either out of stock or will be delivered late July 😩😩

Sunflower

On the 25th just before 2h26pm I took 15 minutes to pray for Michael and to thank him for everything he did for humanity etc

The next evening I was at work and a client passed by me then he turned and told me he was going to gift the bouquet he had to a friend that never came so he wanted to give them to me. It was 3 sunflowers, Michael’s favorite.🥹
I don’t know if spirits really exist, an afterlife or whatever, but I definitely took it as a sign personally. Where I’m from sunflower bouquets are really not popular (you can find one sunflower or 2 mixed with other flowers but it’s the first time I see a full bouquet of only sunflower)
I had 2 other colleagues just next to me, we were all looking at him to greet him and he chose me to give them

Anyway just wanted to share because I found it beautiful 🌻

I suck at editing, but I wanted to share Michael smiling, laughing and being silly. I never met him, but he inspires me to do better. Even tho it’s a really sad day tomorrow, this is how I want to remember him. I wish I could’ve been saying happy birthday instead of rest well. We miss you🤍🕊️
