Hiring: Cold Caller / SDR + Outbound Ops / Prospecting

NexaForge AI is hiring two people to help us build our outbound engine from zero.

We’re a Berlin-based AI engineering studio working with startups and SMEs across Europe and the US.

We build AI-native software, web applications, internal platforms, customer portals, integrations and production AI agents. We also help companies secure and prepare AI systems they've already shipped — particularly when enterprise security reviews start blocking deals.

One of our current outbound wedges is a problem we're seeing more and more:

>

That's where things like SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act can suddenly become very real business problems.

We're looking for two solo operators to help us build the outbound machine around this and our broader AI/software offering.

1. Cold Caller / SDR

20 hrs/week · India or US

Your job is straightforward: dial, connect, qualify and book discovery calls.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has personally made 60+ outbound dials/day
  • Can tell us their actual connect rate, conversations and meetings booked
  • Has experience calling into the US market — this is our primary territory
  • Has sold a considered B2B service: software, agency, consulting, IT services, etc.
  • Is comfortable speaking with founders, CTOs, CIOs and IT leaders
  • Has used a dialer such as Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, Orum or similar
  • Logs activity properly without needing to be chased
  • Can speak clear, neutral English without sounding like they're reading a script

Hours: US business hours.

If you're in India, this means roughly 6:30pm–10:30pm IST for a 20-hour week.

Tell us upfront whether those hours work for you.

2. Outbound Ops / Prospecting

20 hrs/week · India

You build the machine the caller and founders work from.

We need someone who can actually operate:

  • Apollo
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Boolean searches + complex filtering
  • Lead sourcing and list building
  • Clay or equivalent enrichment/waterfall tools
  • Instantly / Smartlead or similar sequencing platforms
  • Inbox rotation and warmup
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • Domain warming and deliverability
  • Bounce management — target <2%
  • US + European prospecting, understanding that the two markets behave differently

Bonus if you know:

  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • APIs
  • Basic scripting
  • AI automation / agents

We're an AI engineering company, so if you naturally think in systems and automation, that's a big plus.

What both roles have in common

This is not an inherited outbound operation.

There is no giant warm database waiting for you.

You'll be helping us build the outbound engine from scratch — messaging, targeting, lists, processes and iteration.

We care about numbers, not adjectives.

"14 meetings from 1,100 contacts" tells us something.

"I'm extremely passionate about sales" doesn't.

You should be able to show actual numbers from previous work.

A few non-negotiables

  • Solo operators only
  • No agencies
  • No white-label resellers
  • No "my team of 12 SDRs"
  • You need to personally do the work
  • You should be comfortable working independently
  • First 2 weeks are a paid ramp against one clear target

Compensation

Monthly base + bonus per qualified meeting held + % of closed revenue.

Exact numbers will depend on the role and location and will be discussed on the call.

Paid monthly via Wise or Payoneer.

No net-60 nonsense.

It takes around 5 minutes.

My girlfriend's abusive ex somehow knows about me despite us telling no one. He's now saying he's flying back to Berlin to marry her. We don't know what to do.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice because we're both genuinely confused and a bit worried.

I've recently started dating an amazing woman. Her previous relationship was abusive, and her ex has never really accepted that it was over. He recently told her he was in Australia, but now he's messaging her saying he's flying back to Berlin tomorrow because he wants to marry her.

The part that's really unsettling is that he somehow knows about me.

As far as we know, she never told him she was seeing someone else, and we haven't announced our relationship publicly or told mutual friends. Yet he seems to know that she's dating me. We honestly have no idea how he found out, and it's making us wonder if he's getting information from somewhere or someone.

She's scared because of how he treated her during their relationship, and these messages don't feel normal to either of us. I've attached a screenshot of some of what he's been sending.

We're not sure if we're overthinking this or if we should be taking more precautions.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? How did you handle it? Should we just ignore him, keep documenting everything, or is this the kind of situation where we should already be speaking to the police? We're also wondering how someone in this situation usually finds out about a new relationship when nobody has told them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We just want to make sure we're handling this the right way before things potentially escalate.

Thank you.

Looking for a German-speaking technical co-founder in Germany for an AI-native services company

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a technical co-founder based in Germany, ideally German-speaking, to build an AI-native service company with me.

The idea is not to build another SaaS dashboard or “AI tool”.

I’m interested in building service businesses where the client still gets a human relationship, but the actual delivery is powered by AI systems behind the scenes: research, workflows, documents, reports, QA, follow-ups, operations, and repeatable client work.

Think less “chatbot” and more “we take over a business process and deliver the outcome.”

The direction I’m exploring is around SMEs and operationally messy businesses in Germany/Europe. Many of them still run important processes through email, Excel, manual admin, fragmented tools, and agency/service providers. I believe there is a real opportunity to build AI-native services that are faster, leaner, and more reliable than traditional service companies.

About me:

I’m a product designer with around 5 years of experience in UX/UI, B2B SaaS, workflows, dashboards, internal tools, and product thinking. I’m currently building NexaForge AI, a Berlin-led product studio focused on custom web apps, internal tools, customer portals, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows for SMEs.

I can handle product, UX, client discovery, positioning, sales conversations, workflows, and delivery structure.

I’m looking for someone who is strong technically and wants to build seriously from the ground up.

Ideally you are:

  • Full-stack or backend-oriented
  • Comfortable with AI agents, automation, APIs, databases, and production systems
  • Able to think beyond code and understand business processes
  • Based in Germany or at least close to the German market
  • German-speaking, because many early clients and conversations will likely be in German
  • Interested in building a real company, not just doing a side project

I’m not looking for someone to just “build my idea.” I’m looking for a real co-founder who wants to shape the direction together.

At the beginning, the focus would be validating offers, talking to SMEs, building small but real systems, and turning repeatable client work into scalable AI-powered operations.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM me with a bit about your background, what you’re good at technically, and what kind of business you’d be excited to build.

Berlin-based Product Designer looking for a Software Engineer to build products/startups together

Hey everyone,

I'm a Product Designer based in Berlin with 5+ years of experience working with SaaS startups and digital products. Over the last few years I've worked across product strategy, UX/UI design, user research, and product development, and I've also co-founded my own product.

Recently, I've been building NexaForge AI, a product and technology studio helping founders and SMEs build custom software, SaaS products, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows.

I'm looking to connect with a software engineer in Berlin who enjoys building products from scratch and is interested in a long-term partnership.

What I bring:
• Product strategy and validation
• UX/UI design
• Startup and founder experience
• Client acquisition and business development
• Existing industry network and opportunities
• Strong interest in building software businesses, not just client work

Looking for someone who:
• Has strong full-stack development skills
• Enjoys building products, not only coding tickets
• Is interested in startups, SaaS, AI, or B2B software
• Values ownership and long-term thinking
• Ideally based in Berlin (or Germany)

This isn't a "I have an idea, build it for equity" post.

I'm looking for a genuine partner to explore product ideas, potentially work on client opportunities together, and build something meaningful over time.

If this resonates with you, feel free to DM me and tell me a bit about yourself, what you've built, and what you're currently working on.

Cheers

Would Indian businesses pay for a Berlin-based digital partner for Germany/EU market entry?

I’m validating an idea and not selling anything.

I’m based in Berlin with a product/UX/web app background. With India–EU and India–UK trade momentum increasing, I’m wondering if Indian companies entering Germany/EU need help with the digital trust layer called Nexaforgeai.

Not legal/tax/import consulting.

More like:

- EU-ready website/landing pages
- localized positioning and UX
- web apps, portals, dashboards
- AI agentic workflows
- CRM, analytics, lead capture
- GDPR-aware technical setup
- German-language project support through partners
- making the company look credible to EU buyers

Would Indian SaaS companies, service agencies, exporters, or D2C brands actually pay for this?

Or is the pain not strong enough?

Curious who you think the best ICP would be.
