Advice needed. Just bought a Citroen C5 X7 Steering Wheel but it came with these red inserts

Hello, i need some advice!

The wheel mentioned came with a badly stitched leather cover over the old wheel and with red inserts, i'll restore the wheel but these inserts... It bothers me... Doest match the metallic paint of my Citroen C4 or its all black interior, tho wife liked it red like that, i still want the option to change its color if it really dont match the car interior

Any tips? Or... Can i 3D Print this with PETG or even buy it from a third party?

GPT Made a tutorial for me to remove it but i didnt found any source of it being reliable
