Chinese Businessmen are know for being cheap or kuripot. But medyo frustrating lang na may mga parte talagang ayaw nilang gastusan or sadyang aabusuhin muna nila kasi libre?

For Context: I work as a Recrtuitment Assistant sa isang Construction/Manufacturing Company. Ofc I help the company grow through hiring capable candidates, and of course when it comes to selecting candidates gusto nila yung aside sa may exp gusto nila yung pasok sa industry ng company para hindi na mahabang turuan. I've been using Indeed, BossJob, Jobstreet, and Facebook all for FREE. And yes of course may mga applicants kang makukuha but hindi sya ganun karami if you won't put some money on it para maging more visible sya sa mga job hunters online. Lagi kong sinasabi sa manager ko na kung pwede gumamit ng budget para maincrease yung candidate pool and para madami ring quality candidates ang mag submit specially sa Jobstreet, madami akong nakikitang magagandang candidates, sa BossJob pwede ka mag buy ng credit para accessible ka sa mga potential candidates kaso di mo lang laging mahahanap yung mga perfect fit sa requirements mo pero may mahahanap ka, sa Indeed dollars ang bayaran, sa facebook naman free and wide range, maliit nga lang ang percentage na may makuha ka.

Ang rant ko lang is even tho free ang mga websites na yan to post iba parin kasi kapag nag invest ka sa mga special features nila lalo na kung specific candidates mo. Probably makakabawi naman yan kapag nagka benta yung sales, mas malaki pa nga ata mababawi nila compare sa gagastusin nilang job ad. Ang sad lang.

Kapag hiring ang Construction or Manufacturing Company, sadyang mass hiring ba talaga or mukhang mass hiring talaga?

Lalo na kapag madaming projects/Installation.

I already have 1 year exp and alam ko na rin mga gagawin ko, I wouldn't call it sigurong nag titiis pero siguro I'm building something here kahit maliit lang kahit papano. Nag hihintay na lang talaga ako ng 13th month pay and nag bbuild ng safety net para di ako mag worry nang todo kapag umalis na ko dito hahhahaha. Ayun lang ang repetitive lang ng HR tasks.

It's just funny that for all the time na binabalak ko mag resign pagka one year di ako makapag resign kasi may mga nangyareng small inconvenieces sa buhay ko that led me to stay a bit for a while in this company hahahahaha. Nag 1 year ako last July 16, I have so many attempt of submitting my resignation, nung una sabi ko mag 6 months lang, 9 or 10 months, tapos sige ipaabot ko na 1 year kasi ilang months na lang, and then to contemplating if should I still to stay a bit longer?

I'm currently savings for my EF, naubos kasi sya nung nasira yung phone ko so need ko agad ng kapalit. And here I am almost half na rin agad ng previous EF ko, and while looking, 5 months na lang din 13th month pay na rin, it'll be a big help as well para sa mga important na gastos ko. Pero minsan, andun din yung thought ko na mag reresign na ko ganitong araw, sa or kapag nagka offer na ko sa iba etc etc.

Nakakatawa lang na for so many attempt I still have a lot of things to consider before making a big move.

For context, I'm 24M, first work ko bilang recruitment assistant for construction company and mag 1 year na ko this incoming July, plan ko lang talaga mag 1 year dito for exposure and shift into BD. Kaso everytime na papalapit na yung araw na sinet ko biglang parang may lambing akong mararamdaman sa manager ko. Not in a way, pero kasi yung manager ko is such a motherly approach lang, someone to cherish, as in mararamdaman mo talaga yung pagka nanay nya samin and kapag work, work talaga. Recently kasi nagkaron ako ng cold and take a leave then the next day medyo may ubo't sipon pa ko. Habang nag rereport ako sa kanya ng mga resumes na nakuha ko parang kinamusta nya ko if kaya ko pa baka chuchu ganun tapos syempre ako sabihin ko okay lang. Tapos nung uwian na nya nag abot sya sakin apple kasi raw may sakit ako tapos nag "I love you" I don't take it seriously but I felt a motherly care lang, nakakapanlambot ng puso. Love you ma'am pinapahirapan mo ko mag resign hahahahah
