I have 250 and my last preference is eni hyd. Is there any chance I'll get it or should I just go for mit manipal cse?

BITSAT admission would probably conclude end of July and I have read the MAHE Refund policy. Hostel Fee max deduction is 20k while program fee deduction is NIL until 30th September 2026. Am I interpreting the policy correctly? Requesting your urgent guidance here.
