Are there any AR glasses with transparent displays that aren't made by Meta?

Hi everyone, I've been looking into AR glasses with a true transparent display, I've seen quite a few different models mentioned on this subreddit, but I'm not sure which one is actually worth buying.

I'm specifically looking for non-Meta options. Which models would you recommend, and why? I'd love to hear your experiences with them.

Looking for a light morning energy boost supplement (coffee upsets my stomach)

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on supplements that could help give me a nice energy boost in the morning.

I avoid coffee because it tends to irritate my stomach.

The thing is, I already sleep around 8/9 hours every night and I recently had blood work done and everything came back normal so I’m not dealing with any deficiencies or major fatigue issues.

I’m not looking for anything super strong, just something relatively light that helps me wake up properly and feel more alert/active in the morning instead of feeling groggy or slightly dizzy when I get up.

Any recommendations or experiences?

Anyone used self-hypnosis to become more confident and outgoing?

Hi everyone, a few days ago I already made a post here asking whether self-hypnosis could help someone become more sociable, confident, and extroverted over time.

This time though, I wanted to ask something more practical, are there any specific resources you’d recommend for actually getting started?

For example reliable YouTube channels, guided audios/recordings, particular techniques or routines or exercises that you personally found helpful.

I’m especially interested in content focused on working on shyness, social anxiety, or becoming more relaxed and outgoing in social situations.

Erasmus da free mover, qualcuno l’ha fatto?

Ciao ragazzi, sto pensando di fare un’esperienza all’estero da free mover, quindi senza passare dal classico Erasmus, però ho un po’ di dubbi soprattutto sulla questione esami.

Qualcuno di voi l’ha fatto? Avete avvisato prima la vostra università oppure siete partiti e basta? E soprattutto, vi hanno convalidato gli esami al ritorno oppure è stato un casino?

Ho un po’ paura di farmi un’esperienza bellissima e poi tornare con zero esami riconosciuti 😅 quindi mi farebbe davvero comodo sentire esperienze dirette, anche negative, giusto per capire come vi siete mossi e se secondo voi ne vale la pena oppure no.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has experience using self-hypnosis to change aspects of their personality over time.
