ESTJs are supposedly one of the most common types… so why do I never see them here?
Like I see the “rare” types everywhere here, but ESTJs are just… absent? It genuinely made me wonder if they even use Reddit.
And that got me curious.. are they actually as strict and intimidating as people describe, or is that just an exaggeration? Does your experience with them change depending on your own type? Because I’ve heard they can be pretty overwhelming for some types and totally fine for others.
Would love to hear your honest experiences with them, or if you’re an ESTJ yourself please come forward we don’t bite 😭
