What tips do you have for someone who is going to start playing tennis soon?
I’m 13M at 97 lb. I’m not really an athletic person, but I really want to get into tennis for both exercise and just some dignity. I’m really stressed because I’ve had horrible experiences in other sports, such as basketball and volleyball, where I would always sell on a team and end up confused or clueless on what to do mid-game countless times. I really just need some reassuring or helpful tips on this sport.
