J Dilla in a record store find location

This photo from "Jay Dee's Revenge / Birthright" (2012) by J Dilla.

According with the internet it could have been taken in The Sound Library 165 Orchard St, NYC https://maps.app.goo.gl/FACK23FfZWYZXYDw9 but I think simply It can't be the place, The Sound Library was sited in a semi-basement and the shop in the photo looks in a street level site, please check the street view.

Yo La Tengo Painful cover photo location

Help to find where was taken the polaroid photo from Painful (1993) by Yo La Tengo.

This image taken from Extra Painful (2014) better quality than original https://www.discogs.com/release/6348516-Yo-La-Tengo-Extra-Painful

I know it's hard to solve, it looks like a fountain in the middle of a roundabout or square.

The band played around Europe c1992/3.

Pic by Georgia Hubley.

The Postal Service single cover art location in Los Angeles?

This is the artwork form "Such Great Heights" (2003) by The Postal Service, originally by Kozyndan. I'd like finding out where was taken the photo used for the panoramic. I think it could be somewhere in Los Angeles. At least another artwork from the same period is based on a panoramic taken in Melrose Ave & N Vista St, LA (ft. Wasteland shop) - https://kozyndanart.com/image/10548737233
