The area is in the back, toward my perineum, only on the right side of my body. It’s itchy, swollen, and has a ton of small bumps that resemble whiteheads. I had a herpes outbreak last year and this is very different, there is no tingling and the bumps are smaller and spaced out (not clusters like herpes). I’m suspecting folliculitis as I shave that area often. I don’t have any of the discharge that is characteristic of a yeast infection. I noticed the problem just this morning.
I take very good care of my vagina, eat well, clean the area surrounding it with water and unscented soap every day, and use Venus’ daily PH-balanced ingrown serum with lactic acid and aloe every day. Could this product be causing or worsening the issue?
At the moment, I’m not seeing any specialists (dermatologist, gynecologist, anything like that) so I’m very reluctant to post to reddit but I also don’t have very many options. TIA.

I’m turning twenty one in a few weeks and I’m so scared of my future and dissatisfied with my life. I live with my parents still and can’t get myself into school or hold down a job. I still can’t even drive. I decided a year ago that i was getting to old for this (I’ve been struggling since sixteen) and was in a solid period of remission but this past week I’ve been purging sporadically. Once at my boyfriends house. Once after a particularly large meal. And this evening was really bad. I b/ped for two hours and the feeling immediately after was torture. I feel like the same sick, scared, and humiliated 16 y/o girl I was when I first started suffering. I feel ridiculously stunted. I don’t know where to go from here. any advice would be appreciated
