Literally lost so much in day trading options, equities

Same as title, gave 4 years still not able to develop psychology, gambling, overtrading etc ,
lost 4 lacs in span of 4 years .

Im good at equity, stock picking, and intraday stock , swings trading will continue that,

How can someone grow a trading account using the QM style with a $10,000 account?
What intraday strategies work well for this approach?

QM mentioned that even a $100,000 account is considered small, which feels discouraging. He also talks about doing fast swing trades lasting 2–3 days along with intraday setups.
