Friendly Reminder: Register for CLAT 2027 & AILET 2027

Although there's over a month left before registrations close, its best to be safe early than regret it later, because you have no idea whether the consortium site may crash due to traffic at the last moment or whether you may need to make a new document issued or something changed in your docs.

Regards,

Your Chronically Online Mod.

Getting restricted while updating Saved Responses.

I was updating the saved responses for my sub and making them more uniform and clear, rewriting, deleting and adding them, however after a few responses, it appears I am being restricted. It keeps showint try again, error, something went wrong.

I tried restarting the app, using the web version, nothing is working.

If I had a dollar for every LE 24 glazing post I saw....

I'd have a lot of money, I don't know the exact amount as I can't count, however it would certainly be enough to buy plenty of donuts.

So cheers 🍻

PS: idk why I wrote this, I just wanted to shitpost as myself the great was bored.

Offline AIOM- should I apply?

The nearest test centre (LPT) is around an hour away from me, so should I apply? Or is online/at home enough?

There are no coachings in my city thanks to it being tier 69.

Important Announcement - The Peer Project and More!!

The Peer Project

Hey everyone,

The Peer Project (TPP) reached out to us - they're a free, student-run mentorship initiative where aspirants get paired 1-on-1 with seniors who've already cleared the exam they're preparing for. No coaching institute, no fees, no upsell. Just a text channel on Discord where you talk to someone who's actually been through it.

They've been running two batches so far across JEE, NEET, CUET, and Boards communities. From what we've seen, the program is legit and well-moderated.

Here's why they reached out to us: they have CLAT/AILET aspirants in their mentee queue but currently have no law mentors on their team.

They're looking for NLU students or recent CLAT/AILET qualifiers who can spare 15-20 minutes a week over text to guide a junior aspirant.

What mentoring looks like day-to-day: https://peerproject.in/mentorguide

How the program works end-to-end: https://peerproject.in/howitworks

It's not paid - they're a nonprofit still working toward formal registration. But mentors get:

Documented mentorship experience with proof at the end of the cohort.

LinkedIn recognition on their official page.

A say in how they build out the law mentorship track — you'd be among the first.

If you wish to apply to be a mentee i.e. recieve mentorship for free, you just need to wait for the next batch!

They do verify all mentors (scorecard or college ID) during onboarding for student safety.

If you're interested in signing up: https://peerproject.in/mentorapply

Questions? Reach out to them directly at contact@peerproject.in // @peerprojectin on X // @peerprojectin on Discord.

r/clat Wiki Announcement.

We at r/clat are hiring volunteers to build a crowd-sourced wiki for the subreddit which will have the basic information about CLAT, how to start preparation, a curated list of resources and useful threads and AMAs.

Your job will be to help with writing and editing. If you wish to volunteer, DM me u/IllustriousQuiet6360.

Those who participate in the Peer Project and the Wiki Volunteer Project will recieve special flairs, credit on the wiki contributor list and their usernames will be added to the subreddit hall of fame. This is excluding the perks offered by the Peer Project themselves.

Best,

u/IllustriousQuiet6360

Personal Opinion

Downvote me all you want but... Mann. Stop flaming the poor science students or refugees from JEE or NEET. You do need to recognize that CLAT is an aptitude based test open to everyone.

They are also 16-17 year olds just like you, expecting them to know for sure what they wanna do in life, to stick to one career is too much. Especially with how the rat races are.

Its admirable if you know from the start what you want to do and follow your passion, but not everyone is like that, especially in India where people are pushed into science stream just because of peer pressure or parental pressure.

I get it man that you don't want to increase your competition, but I don't think we have any right to blame them.

Instead, you all have been preparing for much longer right? Be confident in your own skills and preparation and excel at it so that you dont give fk about competition.
