(F4A) Fantasy or Royal Worldbuilding Roleplay

Hi there!

I know that I've not come with a massive plot today, but thats because im hoping to find a partner who's interested in helping to build a fantasy world (low, mid, or high), or some sort of royal court and the chatacters who live within it.

I'm a multi-paragraph writer who takes up a third person, past tense perspective, and I'm hoping for a cast of characters, each with their own motives and passions! I also love type to get excited and want to talk about things ooc, too, and it would be great if I could find a partner to match that.

Beyond that, I have only a few requirements for what I'd like to see in a partner which include;

  1. Given that I'm 18+, I should request that all of my partners are as well.

  2. I would very much like for someone capable of playing multiple characters. NPCs are a must, but multiple developed character (main or not) is a HUGE plus.

  3. I'd like a partner capable of adding detail to their replies and using them to continue the story. I don't demand a dozen paragraphs per response, because a know that some replies just don't call for it, but I don't want to have to feel like I'm pushing everything along myself most of the time.

But anyway, if you're interested and think we could be good partners, please feel free to reach out!

Still wrapping my head around this game; can somebody help?

Hi there!

So, like the title says, I'm still wrapping my head around the game, and im not sure if I'm doing well or not.

With my initial character, I managed to go all the way from a county to a kingdom, but to try and manage my domain limit, I gave a few titles to my second son, which was fine as they seemed to remain as apart of my kingdom.

When I died and my heir took over, though, I suddenly had no prestige and was losing it at a rapid rate, and somehow the second son managed to take over half of my kingdom with the county/duchy that I had given him and it was no longer apart of the kingdom at all.

I'm sure that I've missed a step somewhere, but I'm not sure which one.

If anybody has any ideas, I would appreciate the help.

Thanks!

(F4A) Once Upon A Time

Hi there!

Today I'm looking for a plot centred around the show, or at least the concept of of thd show, Once Upon A Time.

I'm looking for an oc cast, and I'm also willing to tweak the plot or just use it as a baseline, for I of course want to make a story of our own.

A bit about my writing, I'm a multi-paragraph writer who takes up a third person, past tense perspective, and am capable of writing a variety of different characters at once.

I am mot fussy at all when it comes to the gender or timezone of my partner, but the few requests that I do have are as follows;

  1. Given that I'm 18+, I would like for all of my partners to be as well.

  2. I would very much like for someone capable of playing multiple characters. NPCs are a must, but multiple developed characters (main or not) are a HUGE plus.

I don't require a dozen paragraphs per response or anything like that, because I know that some replies just don't call for it, but I don't want to have to feel like I'm pushing everything along by myself most of the time.

(F4A) Ever After in Aldania

Once upon a time, in a world we know well, there was a little girl named Lucy Willows.

Lucy Willows was always distracted. In the morning she would keep pouring milk into her cereal until it overflowed onto the table. At school, she'd she simply sit there, her pen to paper but never moving as the minuets ticked by and the lesson passed on. At night, when she was meant to be sleeping, she would be sat by the window instead, staring up at the twinkling stars as she dreamed of a more magical place.

"She's run off with the fairies," her parents would say; an old, outdated expression, but nobody ever expected that she ever actually would.

Lucy was only nine years old the day she went missing, and though the people searched and searched, she was never found.

Her missing posters grew weathered with time and were inevitably torn away or covered by paint. Her name stopped appearing on the news, and they stopped making milk cartons decorated with her face. Years later, all that remained in the land of Lucy Willows was a cold case file tucked in the very back of the storeroom in a police station that had been remodled and reorganised at least a dozen times over the years.

But despite this, little Lucy was not dead. She was not hurt. She was hardly even lost. Instead, she had gone to the world that she had always wished for; a world known as Aldania.

Aldania was a wonderful place, where all the colours were bright and clear and magic was not just a story, but an essence that helped to shape the lives of the brilliant and extraordinary.

Though clouded once by darkness, with Lucy's arrival, a light had followed and as she had sung and danced her way through its forests and towns, chasing a sense of whimsy that she had once been shunned for, Lucy began to forget all about the life she had left behind, and before long, when the darkness finally cleared, the people of Aldania turned to her and called her something new; Princess.

But not all were as fortunate as Lucy Willows, and few ever escaped the dullness and drear of her old world. In fact it seemed that the only reason that she had at all was because Aldania had called for help. But now, all these years later, Aldania finds itself in need of help again as the darkness begins to gather once more. It calls for a new hero, and in return promises glory and wonder, the kind that most could not dream of.

But saving this world will not be a simple quest, for Aldania holds just as many secrets as it does dreams....

----

Hello all, and thank you so much for reading all of that and I do hope you enjoyed it! For this particular story, I'm looking for something of a 'fairytale' vibe. Maybe a bit of Alice in wonderland, perhaps some Sleeping Beauty, and possibly even a splash or Narnia and Peter Pan. I'm happy to go for something darker like the old fairytales, or something with more of a disney-ish vibe, so long as its all a little bit whimsical and dreamy, you know?

Also, I'm looking for somebody who's willing to help me build this story, adding to the plot, the world and the characters as we go. I don't just want to GM for somebody, unfortunately.

It should also be mentioned that I am more than willing to discuss some changes to anything previously mentioned above, or go into more detail about it! All you have to do is ask, or offer up some ideas or inspiration that you might have!

I only have a few request and requirements for my partners, which are;

  1. Given that I'm 18+, I would like for all of my partners to be, as well.

A servant of witchgod_name paganism

Hi there! Lately, in my games, I've encountered a glitch where, whenever the witch god is mentioned, its listed just as 'witchgodname_paganism' as opposed to its actually name.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's not game breaking ot anything, but it does pull me out of thw immersion a bit. Thank you!

  3. I'd like a partner capable of adding detail to their replies and using them to continue the story. I don't demand a dozen paragraphs per response, for a know that some replies just don't call for it, but I don't want to have to feel like I'm pushing everything along myself most of the time.

Anyway, thank you again for reading everything, and if this has caught your attention, I would love to hear from you with a bit about your writing style and what you're looking for in a rolepaly!

I only have a few request and requirements for my partners, which are;

  1. Given that I'm 18+, I would like for all of my partners to be, as well.

  2. I would very much like for someone capable of playing multiple characters. NPCs are a must, but multiple developed character (main or not) is a HUGE plus.

All of my courtiers hate me!

I don't know what's going on, but for some reason, everyone in my court is starting with a moderately bad, or really bad opinion of me.

Google said that it could be because of my traits, so I changed then and that didn't help.

I've restart at least five times so I am just about certain that it's not just bad luck.

Can anybody help?

What to buy?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the genre and have been looking at getting into crusader kings, but I've noticed that not only is there a LOT of dlc, but also a subscription service.

I was hoping that I could get some advice on what DLC are essential, worth looking at, or that I'm better off ignoring, and what the breakdown of what fhe subscription offers or is for.

I'll super appreciative, as, since I'm new to the genre and the series, I don't really know what I should be looking for. Thank you!
