Guys some months before i used to be busy like ramanan . This used to be my schedule
5am-3pm work
3:30 -4:30 tea some one will say let's have a coffee
4:30-6:00 - badminton
6:00-7:30- gym.
8:00 dinner until the cafeteria gets closed
9:00 - walk .
10 back to bed
11 - sleep
Again 4:30 wakeup for duty.
Now I'm not sitting here and just doom scrolling.
