Thought I'd start the ToG series, only to find that the waiting line for my library is until 2038 😭🤣

I'm almost finished ACOMAF, so i thought I'd go online to my library website and reserve another SJM audiobook, and i swear I've never seen a waiting line this long 🤣 I ain't waiting over a decade to get this, though, so I think I'll just get them off audible haha.

So, I just finished Releasing 10 :(

Guys. I just need to ask. Did Mark kill Caoimhe?

I think he did. Almost as much as I believe our Hughie killed Mark. I saw another theory on reddit today saying that Mike will take the blame, and my God, if the theories are this jaw-dropping, I am TERRIFIED for the next book.

Oh my god. This book was a real-life genuine rollercoaster. The sympathy i feel for Liz and everything she's been through is crazy. And I want to throttle her dad. He was fucking horrible. Neglecting.

This book is one I know I'll never re read because damn was it so heartbreaking. Everytime Hughie would say to Liz that he'd always stay, no matter what, I'd start sobbing again because shit didn't work out. The fact that in the first four books, you'd never have known that they loved each other and once revolved their lives around each other absolutely wrecks me.

I hope they can have their happy ending eventually.

Anyone else completely torn between which of these two it is?

I swear, everytime I go on insta, I've got a new theory to cling to, and they almost all lead back to Garrick and Bodhi. Another really tempting one is Liam!! Like, I saw another comment on the same post mentioning that when they got back, Xaden told Colonel Aetos there was a body in the river but never mentioned if it was Liam specifically. The possibilities are freaking endless.

Am I able to listen to the full cast audiobook for my FIRST read of ACOTAR?

Asking this here cuz it won't let me post in the ACOTAR sub :)

So basically, I have the first half of the graphic ACOTAR audiobook. Now, would it be sensible of me to listen to that first if I haven't read the books at all yet? because I know for the Fourth Wing graphic audiobook its a tad difficult if it's your first read, but for the HP one's there's no problem listening to those first.

Should I stick to the normal one-person audiobook for my first listen of the audiobook, or do you think the graphic audiobook would be a good idea?

What books series gave you the biggest hangover when you finished it?

So I finished Onyx Storm (Empyrean series) last night, and I don't think I'll be getting over that series any time soon. I'm also about 50 chapters into Releasing 10 (Boys of Tommen) but I already KNOW that one's gonna give me a gigantic hangover so I keep putting it off 😭 Any book recs to keep me busy so I don't keep obsessively thinking about OS?

Just finished Onyx Storm and I'm desperate for some answers!!! 😭

First of all, I'm well-the-fuck-aware it's past 2 a.m, but seriously... I don't expect to be able to sleep after that.

First of all, DO WE KNOW WHO THE TRAITOR WAS??? I keep going back over the last two chapters to see if I missed it. I'm actually begging you, don't tell me it was Brennan or Imogen :( ...(Although it can't be them, since Xaden mentioned that the person was meant to be dead... I'm so freaking confused). But why did they have her in that last chapter with her memory modified??

The last fifty pages have been so damn hectic, I don't even know what to think.

Quinn Hollis? Yeah no, I most certainly do NOT want to talk about it.

Aaric? That sneaky fuck and his signet... my jaw may have found residence on the floor whilst reading that bit!!

Also, I've heard there's gonna be a fourth book - tell me that's gonna have some answers cuz I'm going out of my damn mind here arghhhhhh.

Edit: Holy shit, I just seen an old post on this page theorising it might've been Liam. That's totally gonna be all I think of tonight.

17F (Irish) - Looking for someone to rant about my fav books with!!

So I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Boys of Tommen. Also love thrillers and romances; some fav authors are Frieda McFadden & Colleen Hoover. I'd love for some book recs too!!

Just finished Iron Flame!! Actually no, Iron Flame finished ME.

786 pages. I laughed, cried, screamed, died, all of the above. If I thought Fourth Wing was amazing, I don't even have words for this book... no seriously, I was up every night so late, pushing myself to read just one more chapter.

I don't even know where to start with this. Plot twists at every turn that had my jaw dropping TO THE FLOOR.

And the ending? IT DESTROYED ME. Before I could turn on reddit, I had to take a good 10 minutes staring into space after reading that last chapter.

I badly need to get my hands on Onyx Storm ASAP - tell me it won't get any worse and NO ONE that matters will die!! 😛

... and don't worry, Xaden will HAVE TO be cured. He has to. It's not an option, thank you very much!...

Currently on the second book. What does 'signing' mean in terms of Scribes?

I've noticed whenever Violet's talking to Jisinia or any other scribes, the dialogue switches from 'i said' / 'she said' or anything like that to only 'i sign' / 'she signs'. It took me a while to catch on that it's only ever like that with the scribes - what exactly does it mean?

Triwizard champions don't take exams - but what if it's their O.W.L or N.E.W.T year?

See, I know Harry was in 4th year and Cedric in 6th, but say Harry was in 5th year or Cedric was in 7th year- do you think they'd have to take exams on a later date? Obviously, O.W.Ls N.E.W.Ts are pretty important when it comes to careers, I doubt they'd be allowed to _not_ take the exams.

Deadass thought these two were related

Okay this was all I could think about watching Project Hail Mary. THEY LOOK LIKE SIBLINGS

I've just been skimming through the first book - I'm pretty confused on why it made Ben and alby half lose their minds after being given the serum, but Thomas wasn't nearly as affected after?

I genuinely feel like kicking myself. Like, I'm more than familiar with the tale of 'Romulus and Remus', and I've got no idea how I didn't make the connection on my first read when it was practically spelled out in front of my eyes lmao😭 And the fact that the guy was disappearing every month? You gotta hand it to hermione for putting it together. I guess i just wasn't expecting it at the time, but I'm curious to know if anyone else kinda linked the name to the tale?
