I need an eyeliner that literally doesn't budge or transfer

Does this exist? Humidity, water, smudge, transfer proof? None of these waterproof liners work. I only need it for the top. I use it on my inner waterline and then above my lash line from the center of my eye out to the corner. What is the most waterproof insane product you've ever used? I'd like a deep brown.

What can I do for these tired looking eyes?

Here I am in all my vulnerability. I had an !* advanced maternal age *! pregnancy which resulted in twins in December. I lost all of the baby weight (and a little more) pretty quickly, so a total of 35lbs. Then one of the babies had open heart surgery at 2 weeks old (crazy amount of stress) Then I had a hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy in April. I started the estradiol patch immediately after so no full on menopause, but still insane hormonal fluctuations the last few months. No sleep. Crazy stress. Weight fluctuations. Hormonal changes. I'm sure a lot of you can relate!!! 😩🫶🏻❤️ It has completely wrecked my face.

I recently started tret to address texture

AM: Prequel multi quench The ordinary copper peptide ghkcu serum OR Skinceuticals CE ferulic (I alternate days) Skinceuticals HA intensifier Multi Glycan Alloy Estradiol Cream Skinceuticals a.g.e. eye cream Skinmedica TNS Sunscreen

PM: Prequel multi quench Skinceuticals HA Intensifier Multi Glycan SkinBetter alpha ret or tretinoin Skinmedica TNS Skinceuticals eye cream Layer of zinc oxide because I'm so so dry, it helps keep me from looking like mud On Sundays I only use a layer of amlactin on my face, it helps keep a good glow and is really helping my texture. I had horrific skin before starting it.

While my face skin is improving DRAMATICALLY on this regimine, my eyes look so so bad. I don't know what to do. I'm desperate. I'm now at a stable weight so that won't be a factor.. so if something surgical can be done I'm absolutely open to that. I'm open to the simplest things to the most extreme things. ANY suggestions are welcome. I know it's so so bad. I have never been insecure about my under eyes but the last few months I don't even recognize myself and I just feel so so bad about it. 😞

Please be brutally honest. I know it's not a good situation. Also, I am aware my eyes are bloodshot in this photo but I do normally keep lumify on me at all times haha. I am also aware that my eyes are two completely different shapes. I doubt I can fix that.

Thank you ladies ❤️

I feel like I can definitely handle 3 kids (8 month twins and 4yo) but I cannot handle their f*cking laundry.

I have raging ADHD. I've been medicated since I was a child. I've tried literally every single medication on the market and every herbal remedy and every supplement blend.. I'm a perfectionist and very neat so I'm able to mask pretty well as long as I maintain a minimalistic lifestyle in my home and personal spaces. But wow, since having the twins in December, I cannot keep up on laundry. It is almost physically painful. There is sooo much of it. It all goes in different rooms. Some of it has to be delicately washed, some has to be sent out. I'm just so overwhelmed with it and it never ever ends. I just get depressed over it. I can keep everywhere else in my house pretty decent, why can't I handle this part of it? I'm really fucking drowning in laundry. I don't wanna be chained to my washer every fucking day for eternity. I hate the bending and reaching and lifting and it just sucks my soul. It's literally the bane of my existence. Ughhhhhh

For those of you who have tried mt1 and mt2, which one did you prefer? Anyone ever pinned both simultaneously? I'm not finding much about using them together

Pretty much what the title says

Fav face tanning mist?

I looove the idea of a mist for face tanning because I have a super strict medical grade skincare routine (I'm 37 and it was time to get super serious about it lol) — I'm currently loving st tropez bronzing water mist, but I'm wondering if anyone has any others they love? I'm almost out of the st tropez and I kinda just want to see what else is out there 😊

Makeup that looks like skin but still covers...

So with spending all this money on skincare, and finally having glowy, smooth, skin.. I hate to cover it with thick gross foundation, BUT I have uneven tone and some sun spots/hyperpigmentation and I have horrific dark circles from my sinuses and from genetics really.. I have to even out my face when I'm going to nicer places because I honestly look like I'm ill when I don't wear anything at all. I'm looking for a foundation that isn't heavy and looks like skin but that will also cover a lot of this shit. I don't like peach correctors for under my eyes because they're just too orange (I am Western European and Hispanic) and my skin is medium but it's very cool toned so they've never blended well. I don't even know if I really need concealer if the foundation covers well. I don't love layering a bunch of stuff under my eyes (which is wild because I used to do FULLL beat in my 20s 😂)

I'm wondering what your favorite skin-like foundations are. It cosmetics cc cream was too thick feeling on me, I really love the Bobbi brown and Dior stick foundations because they look like skin but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should try? I've heard chantecaille future skin is amazing but I'm not sure about coverage? And it's expensive.

I'm getting laser in the fall but I need to cover these little bitches til then. Really regretting the tanning bed abuse in college.

Does anyone have a prescription for Botox so insurance covers it?

I get Botox for anti aging and I noticed that when it's active I don't have a lot of headache days but when it wears off my headaches come back with a vengeance. So I know the headaches are likely tension related rather than migraine.

How did you get it approved? Does it take forever? Any advice on getting insurance to cover the injections plus maybe more injections that are specifically for headaches?

Mods, you can delete if this isn't allowed but most of us in this sub prob get botox for aging so I thought I'd ask about this here

8 months between these photos. I could cry tears of happiness 😭

Less than 8 months between these photos. I stopped bleaching, got a chop, threw away my straightening iron, got a thermal round brush instead, started oiling A LOT, and using masques. I ditched anything with heavy proteins, and stopped using dry shampoo (was making my hair super dry and brittle making it prone to breakage). Literally nothing crazy. The obvious things. Just really trying to take better care of it. It may not seem like a lot but to me it's a huge difference!

Let's see your playpen setup lol

Curious how we're containing these little monsters when they start crawling... I didn't have this issue with my oldest because there was only one of her and I could keep up 😅🤣 bonus if you share a photo of your space. I need inspo and I love home decor so I kinda want to get creative here (kid friendly creative of course lol)

Has anyone seen results using intermittently only on days when getting sun exposure/tanning?

Has anyone gotten results when using once or twice a week on days where you'll be outside or going to a tanning bed with no loading phase? I'm a Fitzpatrick 3 (mostly Western European and a little Hispanic) but I am pale as shit right now and I don't have a lot of time to spend outside or going tanning (I can go 1-2 times per week) so I'm trying to figure out the best dose and schedule. If you've gotten results this way, what dose are you pinning? I want a deep tan like I spent 3 months roasting like a rotisserie chicken in Latin America.

I have flip flop tan lines from 2 days of pinning and taking walks in the North Carolina sun 🤣

What the title says. No loading phase. Pinned 150mcg Thursday and Saturday then took a long walk 45 min later in peak sun. Going to consider this tan line my participation trophy for melanotanning. I'd include a pic but no free feet pics hahaha. Happy tanning yall. Can't wait to see my results after a few weeks. Just wanting a deep tan and I have newborn twins so not exactly feasible in this heat to spend all day all summer at the pool.

Does anyone have a housekeeper part time?

Drowning. Does anyone have a housekeeper a few times a week or anything like that? How much do you pay them? How often do they come? What all do they handle?

Looking for a dry tanning oil for outdoors that won't make my hair super greasy

Looking for a dry oil for tanning outdoors that will not make my hair so greasy. It can have spf or no spf doesn't matter. I can always do spf under it. I usually don't enjoy bronzer in it but open to any suggestions!

Sunspots/damage. Not sure what the best course of action is.

PHOTOS IN COMMENTS!***

I've been using different actives and medical grade skincare for a long time, but all the years of tanning beds and pool days with no sunscreen are catching up to me. I've always had some freckles (since I was really little), but I am noticing some actual spots as I get older. I'm wondering what I should do?

Things I've tried and/or use- I know some of these don't work on spots though:

  • skinbetter alpha ret/tretinoin
  • vitamin C and ferulic serum
  • peptide serum with copper
  • Sunday Riley good genes lactic acid treatment
  • glycolic acid pads and other treatments (as high as 20%)
  • The Ordinary red serum (it's a bunch of different acids and you leave it on for like 10 min)
  • sunscreen of course
  • skinmedica TNS cream
  • prequel skin multi quench hydration serum
  • various other products with vitamin c
  • mild chemical peels in office

I just ordered the alloy estradiol cream to try but not sure what that will do..

I'm afraid to try lasers because I have a history of melasma but it's cleared up and just left the sunspots behind. My melasma was brown but the sunspots are almost orange. I also have an olive undertone and tan really easily besides my face which has weirdly never tanned well. I can upload a pic of my melasma before and after if anyone wants to see that.

Anyone have a similar issue and found something to help? Would love to see before an after pics if you have them!

TLDR: I have orange sunspots left behind after clearing dark brown melasma. Looking for something to treat but I've already used a plethora of retinol/tret/chemical exfoliants to no avail.

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone pin with a reusable pen?

I am about to start my mt2 journey after a ton of research.

I'd like to use one of the reusable pens. I want to get the needles linked below because they are very fine needles and I have a needle phobia (ironic, I know)

I'm kind of confused on what supplies I'll need- I'm guessing if I buy these needles I'll need the 3mL empty cartridges, the pen itself, and then a syringe to draw up my reconstituted peptide to transfer it to the pen cartridge?

Does anyone have a link to a pen they love? New to this so would really appreciate any recommendations!

My mt2 will be here tomorrow and my bac water should be here by end of week. Hoping to pin and go to the pool this weekend :) I'll be sure to post before and after pics! I'm white as a ghost because I was heavily pregnant with twins last summer and didn't leave my bed 🤣

Here are the needles I was looking at: https://a.co/d/0dL0QyUw

Thank you!

Looking for AA meetings near me. I'm really scared.

I'm a 37 year old mom of 3 and somewhere along the way I started really relying on substances to numb my anxiety. I was put on daily benzos 10 years ago, and if you know anything about those, getting off is hell. I don't drink often but when I do I cannot control myself. I also abuse THC and have off and on since I was 23. This past weekend I hit rock bottom and completely embarrassed myself at a family function. I've already discussed tapering off the xanax with my doctor. I feel like I need support though, I keep lying to myself and to my family. I'm going to put myself or someone else in danger while I'm impaired. I'm just really struggling. I live in Waverly/blakeney areas. Does anyone know of any meetings around here? I really don't even know where to begin. I've asked my psychiatrist for a therapist referral but other than that I'm not sure what to do.. I ask my husband for support but he has his own vices. I need someone neutral like a sponsor to help me get through the first few months of sobriety. Many thanks. I'm happy to finally be taking this first step. I should have taken it many, many years ago.

ETA- I am truly moved by how supportive everyone on here has been to me today. It truly means the world to me, I don't really have a network here and my friends and family are hundreds of miles away so this means so much. Thank you- really 🩵😭🫶🏻
