Oh my this was DELICIOUS! I halved the recipe using five apples (two Granny Smith, two Honeycrisp and one Cosmic Crisp) and baked for 65 minutes. So flavorful and just perfect on this October day!
I had leftover cream cheese and most of the popper ingredients on hand so it’s what I ate for dinner :) Ooooooh my, these are incredible! The lime zest really adds a nice touch to the cream cheese mixture. I know this picture isn’t the greatest as I didn’t set out to make these instagram worthy.
My last feeder leaked horribly, creating such a mess that brought flies, ants and wasps to my patio. This feeder is such a gem and the little bully took right to it! $20 well spent.

I woke up at 4:30 am this morning and spur of the moment decided to leave Bar Harbor for Bass Harbor. I really lucked out there were maybe four people there. It was phenomenal!!
I’ve been meaning to do this, finally had a day off work and went for it. They even gave me a cold bottle of water after taking my information (drivers license and copied credit card info). I rode from the visitor center to credit island… bike was in great shape and no issues. Highly recommend!
Time and time again she comes in to chase others away! Also I’m sitting just two feet away from all the action. 😊
I’ve been dieting since March but I didn’t hesitate to grab a bag! Went to Ireland many years ago so this is pure nostalgia for me!

Beautiful day for a road trip along the Mississippi River! Felt like an adventure following the troll map (google Thomas Dambo for more info and troll map!). Found three trolls, there’s a fourth hiding out there somewhere but we couldn’t decipher the clues. 🤷🏻♀️
