Hey, putting this out here in case anyone’s been wanting to start running but doesn’t really know where to begin.

A few of us have a small running group around Cubbon overall we’re about 10 people, but usually around 5–6 of us show up on most run days. We run pretty regularly through the week, and weekends are usually the easiest place to join in.

This isn’t one of those big formal run clubs or super intimidating groups. It’s more for people who actually want to train, get better, stay consistent, and help each other out....

Beginners are absolutely welcome whether you’ve never really run before, you’re trying to improve stamina, or just want people to run with so it’s easier to stay consistent.
