Rating system

This is just a random post just to talk bout the experience I guess idk lol

So in another dd group I posted how my ratings are damn near perfect except my AR and I didn’t care and now I have platinum.
I never cared bout the whole silver/gold/platinum thing. The only reason I know how it works is between finding out myself and Reddit.

Apparently, an AR of 37% high, mine has been as low as 7% and as of recent years, the highest has maybe been 60%.

I don’t do anything above and beyond,
I just accept deliveries that are at least $1.50/mi, I decline orders left and right, I’ll unassign 2 back to back if they’re taking too long. Like I don’t care bout the rating lol. And people were on my ass for a 37% acceptance and “not caring” like I’m sorry I don’t care and my AR is 37%???🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ apparently I care a lot idk🤣

Idk dumb random post

Starting pay for housekeepers at any of the hospitals?

Hey y’all, I’m moving to SA, in March, I’m getting my certification in medical billing but my sister mentioned bc of my experience in housekeeping I could easily get a job. I have 7 years of experience housekeeping at 2 different hospitals, nursing homes, Airbnbs, homes, offices and hotels

I know everyone pays differently, here both hospitals START at 15$/hr, is it the same there or is starting pay a little higher?

I would ideally love to use my certificate but I know the job market is bad everywhere right now and I want to take what I can get out of those 2 options

This might be the worst day in my 6 year Career

In my 6 years of DoorDash, spark, and waitr, I don’t think I’ve ever had this bad of a day

I had to take a $3.55 for 4mi just to get SOMETHING, that’s prob the lowest I’ve ever taken, and 4 hours of total waiting to make $41 (cash tip), $41 in 2hrs ain’t bad, but waiting 2 to make it sucked.

**And also I KNOW it’s Labor Day and it’s Monday.

I KNOW DD IS NOT A CAREER, JUST WORDING FOR THE SAKE OF THE POST GEEZ🤣🤣🤣*I do not do this full time

San Antonio Dasher question?

Hey y’all, I’m moving to San Antonio In 6mo, I’ll have a 1yo, I’m wanting to work 4 days a week and DoorDash the rest so spend as much time with my girl as I can.

I would either dash with my girl (NEVER leaving her in the car ofc) or dash when she’s asleep or with dad at home. Is 1000$ doable monthly? 1k does include gas costs.

How can we communicate better?

I 26f have been with 25m for 1.5 years

So backstory on him, I think he could possibly learn how to communicate. His mom was a b*tch, no healthy communication there, he was a decent kid but when he’d say something or get in a fight dad was like hell yea son, so communication wasn’t really taught there either. Every relationship he’s had, had no communication, he was single for like 2-3 years. So his communication skills aren’t very good.

Anyway, if I’m like “hey this is bothering me” he gets defensive and rude and the conversation goes NOWHERE except me getting mad/feelings hurt. I asked why he gets defensive when things like that happen and he says he doesn’t know, that’s his go to answer for anything Lmao, he doesn’t know 🙄.

Is there anyway to fix this communication or am I beating a dead horse?

Tl;dr

Bf gets defensive when I bring up things that bother me, his communication skills are limited and I’m not sure how or if we can fix the communication issues. Advice?

PPD,PPR,PPA

I’m currently 14w pp and I thought around 6-7w I was in the clear….wrong…. I had pregnancy rage but PPR is WAY worse, the relationship has become abusive in many ways, I start therapy in June and I’ve been on Zoloft 25mg for a month and bc of the pharmacy messing up I’ve been off of it 3 days and I’m SO depressed, I don’t wanna see no one, I don’t wanna do anything, I hate life, I don’t want to be here, they upped my meds today to 50mg and I’ll pick those up today but this has made me not want to ever be pregnant again and idk I’m so miserable, when does it get better?
