Yes this is just legally distinct Wario. That is why I love him. He doesn't even come out of nowhere, he was in the first two games as the final boss and the playable character respectively. Also his voice (provided by RedTv53) is incredibly accurate to Wario's (former) canon voice which is Cool :)
