Walking pad/treadmill literally "changed my life".

I have BPD and been dealing with some bad anxiety and depression lately, plus I have been unemployed for quite some time...I actually love walking, but I have always had a hard time getting out of the house, especially with "no agenda" so I went from having a physically demanding job to no exercise at all, and it made me feel like shit.

I have been thinking of getting a treadmill for months (I used to do rounds around the block whenever I felt anxious) so I finally decided to buy one.

I have already noticed such a tremendous difference after the first week, my stamina is pretty decent now and I'm no longer out of breath after walking up the stairs. I also get on the treadmill soon after getting up in the morning, and it helps me "wake up" and get me in a better mood (even if it's super hard at the beginning, I "push through" so every day I get this sense of achievement). I have managed to apply this sentiment pf "pushing through" to all aspects of my day and I'm actually being productive and more motivated to get things done, and it's also easier for me to get out of the house, make plans etc.

Now I do at least an hour of brisk walking each day and I manage to get 15000 steps without going anywhere. I'm so happy and I wish I did this sooner! Obviously walking in itself won't cure your depression, but I forgot how exercise can make such a huge inpact on your mental health.

Hey! I want to make a beaded gift for someone and I have a bunch of 4mm rondelles so I want to use them. There's a bunch of bracelet tutorials out there, however I want to make something else. It can be animals, flowers, any ornaments, whatever basically as long as it's not jewelry. Please give me some ideas!
