The scale in C is C, D, Eb, F, Gb, Abb, Bb, C. It has a flat 3rd, flat 5th, double flat 6th, and a flat 7th. It’s similar to the Blues scale, but with an added note one whole tone above 1. It’s Scale 1261, most commonly called Aeodian, or a Modified Blues scale. I’m working on a music composition using A Aeodian (A B C D Eb Fb G A) and I could use some inspiration.

If you’ve been active on the sub, you might’ve seen a similar post asking about the name of this scale. Unfortunately, an automated filter removed the first post. I’ve talked with a moderator and this was a mistake, so I’m reuploading something similar. I couldn’t find anything about this scale before posting to Reddit, so hopefully this won’t be taken down and other people might find it useful.

Question for allos

People usually describe sexual attraction as "wanting to engage in sexual behaviors with somebody", but is it thinking or emotions? Like do you think "I want to have sex with that person" or do you feel an urge to have sex with them without actually thinking about it?

I'm getting into art and is there anything I should know? Like does looking at other people's art while they're drawing it make them uncomfortable?

I always see purple paired with yellow in literally everything, but imo it doesn't really look good. I get that they're on opposite ends of the color wheel, but legitimately cyan would be so much better. 🟣 🟡 < 💜 🩵

I think purple and yellow should only touch when with orange for a funky aesthetic, but that's genuinely the only use case I can think of for this color combo. Imo, purple works really well with gold, but not yellow, for some reason.

I'd like to hear some other thoughts on this, please be respectful 💜 🩵
