What or who compelled Tito to make the 1974 constitution, a constitution that can be seen as contradictory to what he originally intended for the federation and which may be seen as important reason for the country falling apart?
Why was it made, what good and bad did it do in the short and long run, why did he establish himself as dictator for life and how did he personally view the constitution, or rather did he like it or hate it? Personally, I always had a feeling his hand was forced by his party members like Stane Dolanc and many more, but who knows, it’s all very strange to me.

No matter how many times I click start button, it doesn't start. I used fixer and that didn't work. What do I do?
Basically, Croats were getting pissed about their money flowing through Belograde and Serbs being over represented. What if they and Slovenia saw the chance and decided to somehow fight for independence with the help of various pro-separatist movements, how would that affect the population, how would the JNA army respond seeing as how they were not very sucessful during 90s and how would Tito handle that if a war had happened. Perhaps during this time Tito's image would be stained and maybe he would be hated almost as much as Milošević is today due to armies actions?
I don't know if they or Phoenicians ever used Camels so this is a little weird, but again, some civs DON'T have camels even if they did (Like Romans).
