So, I just did my 1st refill order with Pom…

So, after reading all of the comments about the service and how things are being handled currently with Pom Health, I took a chance and went for a refill order. Boy, oh boy! It most definitely was not a smooth process at all. My first order, placed in April, was very smooth and very prompt in terms of just getting help with making sure I had not only the tirz, but also the longevity medicine that I’ve been using as well. Let’s just say it was a cluster-$*#% …

Honestly, I am not happy with how things went. I wound up having to book 2 separate Telehealth asynchronous appointments, which caused me to have to pay two different upfront charges. I needed a total of three medication’s. Then, after going back-and-forth, when I did receive invoicing for the longevity meds, once the invoices were sent out for me to pay, they did not even deduct the pre-payment. There’s just gotta be a better way! I should not have to book separate appointments, then call customer service and ensure that I’m able to get both meds on the second appointment. And then to not include the prepayment? Now you’re delaying me and I can’t make payment on the third medication! I really do not want to receive three separate shipments!

This is crazy! I was not even given the opportunity to do an in person appointment. I don’t know what I’m going to do moving forward, but this was very unorganized and for all the money I’m putting up, I expect better service overall.

Let’s just say, I really hope that by the time I’m ready for my next round of refills, Pom Health has their stuff together, and I will see people post positivity about this company. Otherwise, I would rather pay more. I would rather pay more and have everything ordered on one order, and not have to worry about all of this going back-and-forth. Horrible.

Who has ordered NAD+ from Pom/Hallendale?

Hello, I hope all is well with everybody today!

So recently, I added onto my Regimen, ordering NAD+ three month supply, from Pom - Hallandale Pharmacy. Automatically they have me for asynchronous appointment so I was not able to speak to a clinician. I am so curious to know if this schedule they gave me is going to be a daily injection, or if it’s once a week.

I really wish they would’ve provided clear instructions or specific information on the dosing, I am so confused. Based on what I’ve seen, it shows people are typically injecting 2 to 3 times a week if not daily. So I’m thoroughly confused.

If you have had an experience with ordering NAD+ for the first time, please let me know how it went for you and how much liquid was actually provided. I know they tend to do overfill, and I am curious if there would be enough for me to do a 2 to 3 weekly injection.

I sincerely appreciate any feedback! TYSM in advance.

Cannot remove Steamclick from Steamulation vase

Hello! So I have been sitting here looking at two vases, one with no steam click on it. I’m asking if anyone has experience with removing the old steam click from the old vase? I have reached out to Steamulation several times and they are no help, no help whatsoever. They told me to boil it, and after boiling it a dozen times it never fudged. They then advised me to use acetone. I’m down to the bottom of the acetone bottle and the steam click still will not budge.

HELP!!! if anyone has any experience or know how I can remove it please let me know before I wound up, throwing both in the trash. At this point, I don’t know if I will ever buy this brand again, as I feel screwed over given the fact I had issues with the vase, and they elected to send me one without the steam click on it.

Ordered Apothecary through Rift 5/20 & received meds today 5/23: what's in the box?

I wanted to provide an update on my package received today, courtesy of @joinrift. The package was indeed sent with a single ice pack. I hurriedly popped them in the fridge, as the temperature was not cold on the vials. Each bottle of meds for three months supply were packed in individual prescription bottles and the vials were all of an amber color.

I wanted to also mention the syringes sent were from BHSUPPLIES. I have been using the EasyTouch syringes, and they have worked so well that after researching BHSUPPLIES, I decided to place an order for the EasyTouch syringes. Honestly, I prefer that brand as they have worked very well for me, with minimal issues and bending. After researching BHSUPPLIES, I did find that there were a lot of people complaining of the quality of this particular syringe like bending and such.

All in all, this has been a really good experience! Once I finish up my Hallandale vial, I will begin this new treatment to see if it minimizes the headache side effect I’ve experienced with Hallandale. The only thing that bothered me with Apothecary was that when looking at the additives, is it had quite a few listed. And honestly, if it is “additive free“ I was not expecting for there to be more than one ingredient listed aside from tirz.

We will definitely see!

Continuing my journey with @joinrift

So I have been on compound tirzeptide for a little over two months now. I initially placed my order with Pom, but decided to go with Rift for my refill due to all of the positive feedback I’ve seen and the need to try Apothecary to compare with Hallendale. The order process was super easy, super quick. I placed my order in the late evening, May 20, and I was able to get everything approved in a few hours!

I just received notification that my package is due to arrive tomorrow. Here’s hoping! The whole process was really easy and I was able to increase my dose from the starter pack dose max of 7 mg with Hallendale to 10, 12.5, and 15mg! I’m excited to try the new medication.
