Paypal business question

I have a paypal business account and through which i receive orders/payments on my site, i receive emails "Your buyer has filed a case", does this email counts towards the dispute ratio? Because in the paypal resolution centre it's written as claim type (even tho it hasn't been escalated to claim) Other emails such as " You received an inquiry" i know this doesn't count towards it.

Mobile check deposit

Was curious can a check be deposited via mobile if i print and scan it on plain paper instead of check stock? Ran out of check stock so was wondering if it could work on plain white paper

So my skin has been always dehydrated since like 2 years, i never realised it is dehydrated and thought it is dry or so, i had persistent acne and low grade inflammation present all the time, no deep breakouts but small ones always there and mild redness. I used many actives unsuccessfully in this timeframe which made skin worse, recently the past year i kept forcing tretinoin to work, then a dermatologist suggested to ditch the tretinoin and everything, now for the past 2 weeks my routine is:

cleanse>Pure Hyaluronic serum 1-2 drops (they don't mention %)>bioderma intensive baume (thin layer) and then slugging with vaseline on top to seal everything.

Morning routine is:

Cleanser on dry face (helps cleanse residue of night routine) and nothing afterwards, bare face all day.

This routine is working well for me, inflammation has gone drastically down, skin is better than before but the problem is skin is fluctuating alot, some days texture and spots would surface alot but some days it would look better. Please tell me is my routine good for someone who's chronically dehydrated since a while now. Skin has been in a shrunk state and lost its youthful appearance, i'm 22M
