Hello Unionists, here is where we at the United Reddit Party shall explain in more detail our goals for the Union.

LAW:

Our eventual end goal is the rewriting of the Constitution to turn UoR into a Unitary Presidential Republic. Our Constitution shall include

-An Article stating that all citizens in the Union are to be defined as “Unionists”, and that all Unionists are equal before the law.

-Allowing the President to be impeached by the Supreme Court if he commits treason against the Union

-Allowing the President to make decrees on Political, Social, and Economic issues that would carry force, however they would be under Judical Review to ensure legitimacy

-the installment of a 10% election threshold to get into the Grand Assembly (The legislature)

-Presidential Appointments of members of the Assembly to the Council of Ministers

-Judical Immunity

-Allowing the President to declare a State of Emergency is the Union is under Immediate Threat, in which the State can ban subversive elements, Increase Police Authority, and Cut ties and Embargo any nation that could threaten it

-Absolute Veto Power from the President over legislation

-a “Member of Honor” law in the constitution, which gives them Absolute Immunity before the law, entitles them to a Security Team, Makes them a Permanent member of the Grand Assembly, and makes them entitled to a special private residence paid for by the state. All presidents gain Member of Honor status following their terms ending.

-Unlimited Presidential Terms.

Overall we seek to strengthen the Executive and the Judiciary.

In addition, we oppose any form a regionalism, Autonomism, or Federalism, and we seek to unite UoR under One System. This includes the abolition of the MSR and of the Theocratic Monarchy in the south.

We also want to abolish the Senate.

ECONOMIC:

Economicly, we believe in Statism, which puts state control of the economy above all.

We want to create an Energy Protection Act, which bars foreign nations from owner more than 10% of any corporation categorized as National Security Sensitive, mainly Energy.

In addition we seek to Nationalize most industries (including Worker Controlled Industries) and put them under State Control and State Management.

We seek to create a National Autarky Plan for this nation, which will protect our nation from foreign influence and make us strong.

Welfare wise, we do wanna create a Welfare State, by guaranteeing Healthcare and Education to all citizens. We oppose any form of privatization for those 2 things.

Speaking of Education, we want to create State Educators Corps spread our values across the Union.

We also want to create a Nationalistic Education, which follows Sollist principles and will ensure that the Youth are strong and Diciplined.

Hello people of our Glorious Union, It is I, former Prime Minister IntelligentFace186.

I have returned from my self imposed exile on Cassie Island. Over that time I have come to think about my actions, and my political alignment, and I have decided to come back and form a new political party, the United Reddit Party (or the URP)

The URP follows the political ideology of Sollism, based on the ideology of Tarquin Soll from the glorious nation of Sordland, and the United Sordland Party. There are 3 fundamental principles to Sollism

1- Republicanism

We believe in a Strong Republic, withe strong Judical and Executive powers. While the people must have power, we must maintain a strong leader with strong powers to push the nation through periods of strife, and to maintain a guiding hand in periods of prosperity.

2- Statism

As mentioned before, we Sollists advocate for a strong state. We oppose any form of Sepratism or Federalism, and we believe that we must unite all of the RPS into one.

This also gets into our Economic Principles, or “Sollnomics”. We advocate for Autarky and a Planned Economy. We believe that the state must maintain as much control over our economic policy as possible. However we are not Socialists or Communists of any kind, those scum will only weaken our glorious nation. We believe in a strong welfare state, with the state maintaining control over education and healthcare.

3- Nationalism

We believe in having the Nation above All. We are Nationalists for the Union, and as mentioned before we believe in One Union, One System, One Peoples. We believe in Uniting our Nation, rather then dividing it into petty subdivisions. There is no Marianans, no Papilians, and no Timbershireians, only Unionists.

I have made many mistakes over my previous career here, I was dumb and naive, and my actions have greatly weakened the nation, however I intend to fix it. We will unite this Nation, and we Will make the Union Great Again
