November 2024 vs May 2026 progress

From 120kg to 83kg

I’m 32yrs old, I have been a big girl for the longest time (5’9) especially after college, my weight stayed at 100kg since wala nang workouts as I was a varsity player..
Trying to be healthy, sticking sa caldef and consistent work outs with PCOS + working night shift + stress sa work was very difficult. I don’t even know where or how I will gather motivation to start and really work hard..
That’s until reality hit me, I looked at this exact photo & cried, I had fatty liver, my periods were always irregular, I’m having a difficult time climbing stairs sa overpass & sometimes my confidence just drops.. I’m quite boyish so minsan napapagkamalan pang lalake😂 This is exactly my wake up call..

The week after, I signed up for a 10K fun run and ran every single day.. for a month I ran 7k every single day and paunti unti I did cal def. I cut sodas and 1x a day na lang ako nagrarice but I made sure to still hit my daily recommended calorie intake (ung na-adjust na for weight loss) as I want a sustainable diet

1 fun run turned into 5 and before I knew it I was running 9km to 10km everyday and was signing up for 21km, a full marathon and muay thai..

Now, even thou I haven’t reached my target weight I now have regular periods, no more fatty liver, labs normal, bp normal… I can do physical activities that I love doing and I’m happier🤧

First time kong pumunta ng Lantern Festival

This was held sa Lakeshore Pampanga last Sunday..
Truly a magical experience. Sobrang ganda nung nagkumpol kumpol na ung mga lanters..
Hoping to attend naman the one in Thailand next time🥹🙏🏼

It’s been a year since I took running seriously. No regrets, I lost a ton of weight and my lab tests has been fantastic ever since!
